The parking is a little tight and the access to it might not be suitable for all cars and drivers. We were offered the option of parking very close by, outside the courtyard. I would suggest leaving the car on the adjacent street and first walking up to the reception so you see if there is parking space inside and if you can make it in and out of the parking.

The location is great, very close to the city center, looking over the Danube. We stayed in a very spacious and comfortable apartment and had the opportunity to have breakfast on the terrace, which offers a great view.

Due to the location of the room, there were some spiders and insects found in our room. The lady at the reception acknowledged this before we even mentioned this and was very apologetic about it.

Great location with great views. Nice breakfast. Free fruits and coffee are available for the entire day. The kitchen was accessible 24/7.

The mini bar is a bit noisy. You have to use public transportation to bet around.

Ths residence has beautiful scenery to the danube river. The room is spacious including bathroom. Lovely breakfast. Highly recommended.

To way to the Hotel is a git tricky and you need to be good on our feet, but public transport is really close.

We booked this place quite in a hury cause our car broke down, but everything turned out great: the late check in was no problem, employees were really nice and helpful (even gave us a lift to the garage the next morning), breakfast tasty. The view is great, our room was so big. Our stay was short - but really good.

Place is Awesome, Just outside the historical center (less than 10min walk) with a nice garden above the river which is a great place for having breakfast. Hosts were very helpfull and friendly! Breakfast was Good. Room was clean And comfortable. Enough place for free parking.

It was super located and personnel was more than helpful , they accepted is and our pets with pleasure and they made all my crazy demands , because of the kittens , true . Probably one of the best hotels in Bratislava , also ten minutes walking to the center , going through the castle . Need more ?

I was specifically looking for accommodation with a parking lot and this hotel claimed that it had one. But it doesn't have a parking lot. They sent me to a paid parking lot where I had to pay 3 EUR/hour. That's 72 EUR extra per day! The door of the room opened directly onto the gallery above the dining room, where I missed the privacy. The staircase is very resonant, in the evening, if someone uses it, it can be heard disturbingly in the room.

The room and its equipment are excellent, the bathroom is large and comfortable, a separate small gardrobe, a very nice view of the Danube from the room. Spacious space, comfortable bed, huge windows. The room and the view are really very nice.

Location and Accessibility The hotel's location on a narrow, inaccessible road posed a challenge for our taxi driver, who was unable to drop us off directly at the entrance. We were required to carry our luggage a short distance to reach the hotel. Staffing Limitations The hotel's staffing level appeared to be insufficient, with only one staff member available at the reception desk until 9:00 PM. This limited staffing raised concerns about the level of support available to guests, especially during late-night emergencies. Owner's Demeanor Our attempts to communicate with the hotel owner were met with an unpleasant and dismissive attitude. His unwillingness to consider our request for a partial refund due to flight changes was particularly disheartening.

The staff, especially one receptionist was arogant and rude to us when arrived. We arrived at 1pm and wanted just dropped our bags and go on toilet. She starts to be arogant and shouting on us that tooms are not ready and there is no toilets except the rooms. It was bad start and bad first opinion of hotel. Otherwise after other receptionists were nice.

it is a strange place being a converted house. we had a room on the second level which meant climbing two flights of stairs as no lift. our room was essentially a bathroom with a bed in and badly designed with no shower. there was coffee and tea but no milk provided. when we asked for milk we were told no. this is not good for a hotel and there is no point offering tea and coffee without milk or creamer. the location was far from the centre and down a poorly maintained gravel drive impossible to wheel a case down. not recommended for foreign travellers best for local business travel. breakfast was very limited and although advertised between 8 and 10 when we went down at 8.30 there was nothing left.

the view was great as was the terrace. the staff were friendly and helpful to a degree.

Absolutely disgraceful to not be able to find this place, no signs and really bad route to the building. Staff is also very "dry" and not very polite.

The view from the apartment, breakfast was ok, and the room was clean and spacious.location is great, just right in d city.

Very noisy. The people above our room came in late and had kids that sounded like they were bowling. The outdoor lounge area needed to be addressed because of Dirty and cheap furniture.
