A very clean hotel with a an amazing scent.

The place is not wheelchair/pram accessible. In our case we had to carry our pram in two to the main floor (restaurant), and was not possible to get it up on the 1st floor at all. We have let it on the main. Possibly there is no space for improvement in this matter, so you must count in such little complications.

Staff was nice, rooms were cozy & clean, bathroom perfect. Breakfast filled us properly. Thats the way it suppose to be!

No buffet option for breakfast, but you can choose from multiple choices (I believe 9-11 choices) We arrived and wanted to check in, but we needed to wait for staff to show up, eventhough the restaurant was not full ( maybe short on staff that day?)

Staff were great. We struggled to communicate but we took our time and through a combination of speaking and miming we got there. Room was great. Food looked great but I didn't partake.

All was very good.

Excellent breakfast, room, heating, beds, isolated windows, TV, air condition, shower, very nice people working there. The location of the hostel is a great advantage. In the dinning room they have the most beautiful aquariums I have ever seen out of a museum. The decoration about marine and sea animals is really beautiful.

The hotel room was dirty and smell of mold. Small jet in the shower so the water could not drain out. The room was not cleaned during the three days we stayed there even though we paid 60 euros extra for cleaning as we had two small dogs with us. There was a fridge as promised but it didn't work. There was no seating furniture, which was stated in the description that there would be. Difficult to communicate with the staff since they could not speak other language an slovak.

Everything was fine but looks like Booking system made a mistake and for some reason I had reservation on my end but the place even thou confirmed could not find them and had no room reserved under my name and empty. Good thing is that they found a replacement and offered us that. All went good.

I arrived at 12 30, but wasn't allowed to check in untill 14 00, even though there were plenty of staff there and the room was ready. Ordered lunch not to make my waiting time a complete waste. It was cold and bland. Despite the hotel being empty on a monday night and my special request for a room facing away from the street, I was given one with windows overlooking a busy road. The noise from buses and trucks going there all night was terrible. AC didn't work, so shutting the window completely and getting some air wasn't possible. Worst experience in two weeks of travel in a lovely country.

Upon my arrival, the reception personnel was smoking in an outdoor terrace (which can be closed off by a door, however, the door was not closed and the smoke got into the hotel/restaurant entrance hall), although throughout all the hotel are numerous signs "DO NOT SMOKE" . Felt ironic an ridiculous. The fridge in the room is rather noisy (woken me up during the night). The walls felt paper-thin, when being woken up by somenone's (another hotel guest, in another room) TV or radio. I felt rather uncomfortably observed during my breakfast ( by the personnel).

The hotel is near the main bus station. The size of the room/bathroom is correct. The personnel's approach was OK, I guess. Nice aquariums in the restaurant part.

They can't speak English and they are very rude to you. I wouldn’t recommend this stay to anyone.
