Not enough pillows

Breakfast was simple. Cold meats and cheeses, fruit and yogurt. You need to get there early as it’s first come, first served

Pillows, very basic and not really super-large room. Small window facing directly the parking area. All in all not big issues and considering the price a real good value for the money.

Nice and helpful staff, helped with the parking, with city orientation and to find an open and nice restaurant out of the touristic path. Room was ok clean and comfortable, pillows were not. However I could sleep perfectly and the near parking square wasn't too noisy. Parking is open air between hotel building and the buildings around, but they also have some covered spots in a garage on the opposite side of the square for no extra charge. Good idea. City center is just 200m far, so you can stretch your legs enough without effort. Wifi works.

The location close to the city center is perfect. Rooms are comfortable and clean. During hot days the functioning air condition was important.

There was only a minor miscommunication between reception staff covering different shifts, about our wish to check-out later. No real issue though.

Great location, within walking distance from the stunning main square. It was also quiet. Good breakfast and coffee, very friendly staff -especially the people serving breakfast.

The Hotel is near the lovely Bardejov city centre. It has a very big free parcking for your car. Rooms clean and comfortable.

No drinking water and slippers in the room. Also there was a loud wedding on the 1st floor till late night.

Unexpectedly good place located in few hundred meters from the old town. Staff and service — excellent. Room was clean and cozy, but a bit small from my perspective. Overall — 9/10, I don't need something else in Bardejov to be happy :)

- there wasn't a hair dryer so I had wet hair during the breakfast and also when we were leaving- but it was a warm summer day so I didn't mind - the equipment in the gym is quite old and not used a lot, so don't have big expectations, but for one-night stay it was Ok

- friendly and helpful staff - very tasty breakfast, great choice from cold and warm bufet, coffee was served by the staff - they opened the gym for us when we arrived at 9pm

Wifi speed was very poor, we were unable to watch Netflix on our laptop without constant interruptions. Small detail was the hallway lighting which got pretty annoying as we couldn’t unlock the door fast enough, it always turned off.

It’s a nice hotel near the city center with private parking. Room was overall clean although the furniture has seen better days.

The heather in my bathroom was a bit scraped off and old…. Why not to replace it?

It doesn’t look that fine from the outside, but when you enter, you are in a quite comfortable place. Close to the walls enclosing the town, this structure offers nice and well equipped rooms (minibar, air conditioning) though my single was a bit too small but no matter. Nice breakfast buffet with both the sweet and the salty. A good value for money.

The beds were pretty uncomfortable. Just a thin pad on wooden slats. Other than that, we enjoyed everything else about the property.

The hotel is within walking distance of the centre and maybe 20 minutes walk from the train station. Breakfast was included and it was really nice and tasty. The breakfast also had real coffee, not that instant stuff. The reception lady was friendly and even sold me a few beers. The air conditioning was nice.
