Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

SerbiaThe hotel has no parking, daily tickets must be paid. Towels are regularly changed in the rooms, but during the stay of 2 weeks the room was not cleaned, even after leaving a sign for cleaning.
Hotel is located near the city centrum, rooms are very spacious, and staff is more than friendly.

In general though the premises seem overpriced - like in other locations in Slovakia - specially in comparison to more popular tourist destinations

Bosnia and HerzegovinaThe check-in time stated on the booking lasts until 9:30 PM (or 10:00 PM, depending on where you find that info), but we found no one at the desk when we arrived at 9:05 PM, so be mindful to arrive earlier. It took us a few minutes to find a person to check us in, but after that, everything was super convenient and flawless. Also, the parking in front is not private hotel owned, and is only free at night, so people who travel by car should be mindful of that.
The room was more spacious than we expected, the furniture and equipment is almost entirely brand new and it felt like we were the first people ever to use those things. Cleanliness is wonderful. The check out procedure also is the simplest I've ever seen.
