Although it looked clean, the door from the bathroom was mouldy. Both bottles of water left in the room were opened. Once the bed was "open" there was no space to move around the room

We expected the noise from the club as they emailed us in advance and gave us the option to cancel and the earplugs were a nice touch BUT it wasn't the noise that keeps you awake its the shaking from the awesome sound system - it vibrates A LOT !! I would really avoid on the weekends unless you are staying up until 6 am or sleep like a zombie One of the group partied until 5am so loved the club but then when everyone does head to bed along the metal footways its again pretty noisy - Missed brekkie as left at 7am

Great location and we got to stay on a boat on the Danube - Very cool - Drinks a good price and a nice bar to sit in looking across the water - we didn't eat so cant comment on the food but would be a nice place to spend the evening. Trams to town close by and easy to use as a base to explore - room and bathroom were cosy but all you need and super clean

If you like the alternative boat accommodation you will love this. The only downside is the room size but the comfortable mattress, the nice area for food and drinks on the deck compensates totally. Breakfast and lunch were delicious and good value for money. The people were very polite and helpful. The view of the castle and the old city is also very memorable.

You can hear your neighbours in your room to some extent, but this was not really an issue in our case.

Great location with a nice view on the city/castle from within the room! The old bridge is immediately next to the botel, so you are very quickly in the city center. The price was also great compared to other options in the city.

The neighborhood was quite dark at night. When I arrived there at night, it took me a long time to find the right boat. The road nearby was a mess when it was snowing because no one clean it.

The only thing that slightly bothered me is no breakfast options till 10:30, (not even coffee!) cause of the botel's restaurant opening hours

The deluxe room turned out to be a nice upgrade, the view, night and day, is amazing and for someone who enjoys staying at scenic and interesting locations, Sundeck is a great choice Rooms are nice and comfy as long as one doesnt mind the AC blasting throughout the night (it gets really cold during fall/winter)

The sink is small so when washing the face the water falls outside. Check-in instructions were very confusing and so was check-out.

Directly below us was a restaurent, which normally opens until midnight. That night, when the restaurent staff were off duty, because they failed to switch some machines properly off so we heard constant and loud noices all the night. We tried to contact our hotel staff but unsuccessfully; customer service from Booking.com could not help in reaching them either. We used ear plugs in the hope to try to sleep, luckily it worked. The next day, we got appologies from hotel staff and 50% discount as compensation, which we accepted and appreciated gladly. If it had not been this unfortunate incidence, it would be really enjoyable and smooth here in the Botel. Generally we still recommend it and strongly advise the hotel staff to set an 24h hot-line for such emergency if possible. For travellers, maybe a pair of ear plugs would be a good insurance.

It was nicely arranged in the room, very comfortable. Very good view. There are sufficient towels, blankets, pillows and toilet paper provided in the room for us to use. AC was strong but not loud.

the cleanliness was mediocre and the unbearable smell coming from the air conditioner was impregnated in the clothes and in all the luggage so that for a week that I spent in various countries in Europe, I felt that smell.
