This hotel is a destination in and of itself. Absolutely stunning rooms- you will pinch yourself to make sure it is real! We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a special and memorable trip to Slovakia. Fantastic restaurant on-site which would be the top of a dining list even if you were not already at the hotel. Easy access to town and rail station as well as on-site parking.

Absolutely loved everything about my stay. The room was indeed palatial - so spacious and luxurious. The free mini bar was great as well as all the room amenities. Outside the room was a wine dispenser with free snacks. I would definitely stay again.

soundproofing((. on the last night some people moved into the neighbouring room and they were very noisy, slamming doors and walking along the corridor until 1am, unfortunately it was difficult to quiet them down. And when the neighbour in the next room was plugging the charger into the socket - the sound was as if he/she was doing it in my room)))) pillows are somehow lumpy

Everything was perfect: the hotel, the location, the staff, the size of the room and the size of the bed. The breakfasts were quite good, the coffee machine in the room was wonderful and more than compensated for the mediocre coffee in the restaurant. There is room service. The staff is very helpful and pleasant. The room was quiet nearly all the time. Wifi!!!! is the best, it was very important for me.

The breakfast was very ordinary, but I suppose what one should expect in a pub facility. The furniture, fit-out, drapes, etc. were quite old school but in keeping with the Wilson Palace ambience.

The staff were extremely helpful and well informed. The fact that the Fabrika Pub was downstairs serving great beer and lunch/dinner meals was a big plus. The room was clean and very large and spacious. The location was midway between the rail station and the old Bratislava town area.

for a family of 4 to stay here in separate rooms, it was very nice and included the mini bar access and included breakfasts. the accommodations were luxurious and the location was within walking distance to the sights.

The rest of the staff apart from Thomas were extremely rude. Especially the staff at the breakfast restaurant. Did not help in anyway considering we had a baby with us. No ramp to and from the road to the lobby. With heavy luggage had to use the stairs and no staff to help.

Rooms were very fancy and nice. Thomas at the front desk was a Gem and helped us a lot on the day we checked in with booking our excursions and tours.

It was a fabulous place to stay. Our room was ready early. A well stocked mini bar was included in our stay and was replenished every day. A lovely breakfast was provided with a really varied selection of food. Bed was comfortable. Staff were lovely. It had a lovely restaurant attached. Lots of little extras were provided. Rooms were quite trendy with a theme on each floor. Excellent value for what we paid.
