clean and tidy hotel, fresh new built 2-3 years ago. parking lot hiden from the eyes of strangers just near the hotel there is the restaurant. Price - quality is really good. Personnel is very attentive

Everything was great. Brand new. Great layout of room. Staff were exceptional. Everything was as should be and then better. Plenty of parking. Great breakfast. I think the best hotel I have stayed in in Slovakia. Would definitely stay here again if ever back Michalovce

Not much not to like really. The only minor issue was the carpark was full when we first arrived but that was due to a function at the restaurant. We managed to park opposite the hotel in the street. This really was a very, minor inconvenience

Absolutely fantastic hotel. Super friendly staff who were helpful. Breakfast was amazing and the evening meal at the restaurant was sublime. Great value too.

Great location , very clean room and excellent room service , friendly staff , especially gentleman receptionist was very helpful and sweet :) great choice of meals for breakfast and lunch , diner outside in a hotel restaurant . Led ligths on the exterior of the house (balconies) do not turn off until after midnight. You cannot control them from your room. The curtains are on a thinner side for the leds, so they let the blue light into the room. I would suggest they set the timer to go off after 10pm, and problem will be solved. Despite the hotel being a new built, the sound travels quite a bit. I could hear guests next door and above. They were behaving completely normally, the hotel is however built in a way that you will hear the shower, water, doors. So bring your ear plugs if u want to get some sleep 👍 The bed itself was great but they have provided very odd duvets. They are wide enough but super short! Around 150 cm! If you are a couple, you won't find them large enough to actually cover you. I would suggest they change those for a standard size (180x200 etc). See pics.

Modern built,.easy to access location with car, with free parking, close to a shopping mall and a lovely traditional restaurant next door. Great bed mattress, beautiful brand new lux bathroom, clean and new. Also polite staff 👍

For the families with the small children, probably needs to create some small play area for the kids.

The best hotel at Michalovce. Nice and polite personal. Hotel is new, clean - everything is shining! Also big compliments to a restaurant near the hotel. Perfect breakfast, and really good kitchen! So if you ever travel to Michalovce, Hotel Zemplen is a best choice. You will be happy here!!!
