Price is very good, so you can hardly complain about anything. Laundry service is quick and also good price.

The window would not properly close allowing many mosquitoes In the room, as well As the air conditioner leaking when addressed with the staff the issue was not handled in a timely manner, and upon fixing the air conditioner the worker used the toilet brush to clean the filter which is unsanitary.

The staff were quick to respond to questions and assisted with recommendations while at their lodge

Cash only which made it difficult as ATM in the city mostly didn't accept foreign cards I wasn't told they accepted PayPal until I returned from spending half a day trawling ATM in the rain. They advertise in USD then have a standard rate of exchange which will rip you off Was about 10% more when I was there.

The fact that the staffs don’t communicate with each other about their guests is concerning. I had to explain myself more than three times (different dates) at the restaurant whenever we’re there to have breakfast which is included in the price. So to the owner: teach your staffs how to be more friendly with guests in the morning!

Easily accessible and clean. The bed is comfortable. I’m happy I got back the deluxe double room with the suede beds because it is the best room :).

dead insects in my bed, spiders and flies, but most were already dead a bit noisy road the curtains dont block the light in the morning toilet leaks on the floor

comfortable bed very big shower, bathroom was clean, high water presure the food in the restaurant was good very conventient super market and atm nearby well working airconditioning i booked for two people, there was only one towel. but they provide a box of facial tissues.

They need to put up more directions for navigating the floors. The generator does not power up the AC.

Not on the beach but not too far away. Located on a main junction so make sure you have a quiet room.

The TV stand is there, but the TV is not. Breakfast is the same every morning. Laundered clothes are delayed in being returned and they are not completely dry.

My particular room was quite stuffy and no natural light

Good location 5 minutes walk from Lumley - the area was safe. Room was clean and equip with both AC and a fan. The staff (Sidanke if I remember correctly) was very kind and helped me make sure I got on a car to my next destination Kenema.

The only thing I didn't like is that, the the WC in my room did not have the default plastic seat cover to make seating comfortable. I had to sit directly on the ceramic bowl of the WC which was discomforting.

I like the location and staff. They are polite and and helpful. The staff are always on hand to assist you with your need.
