There was no bedsheet to cover at night and no mosquito net. There was high inflow of mosquito every night.

The staffers are people centered and they made me feel like family.

Some facilities are missing or need to be improved, there was à lot of noise at night from à church nearby, located à little far away from the centre, there should be a time option for breakfast as 8am was sometimes a little early

What I dont like is that it is impossible for me to reach booking.com. I need customer service emailor telphone number. Or simply complete my property review

What I am about to say has nothing to do with my stay but it is about booking. com. Do you consider it normal that it is impossible for your clients not to be able to reach you either by phone, email or chat? I am a level 3 genius client of booking.com . I started my hotel business and I am trying to register my property with booking .com but each I try to continue the registration it says "Sorry, we couldn't find your email address" i created another account it is still failing. It has been under review for over one moth . please advise

Breakfast was standard but requires some improvement with more varieties. Need to improve on essential household facilities to be made available for guests use.

I like the cleanliness of the building and its surrounding compound. Staff are very polite and accommodating. It make one feel at home and as a family unit. The room is spacious and bed firm and comfortable to sleep on. Location was central, accessible and secured.

The power in the hotel went off on many times, need to be repaired. The air condition went off when power went off which caused me more discomfort sleeping as room was too hot. There is problem in the bath room as water is slow down. The hotel will be more beautiful if these are being repaired

Hotel is beautiful and good place to stay. It is peaceful. Breakfast is tasteful . staff are helpful and friendly. The room in the hotel is very big enough to walk around and have enough space to sit and relax

There is no freedom to enter and exit the premises. The gate is ALWAYS locked and there is no key to enter and exit at your own free will. There is no nobody at the front desk to answer to the locked gate no matter how hard you pound on it. When I went out to open the gate for a friend who visited me, the gate was locked behind me while I was busy paying taxi fare outside. Even when I requested a key so I can freely come in without hassle, nobody cared or addressed the issue. TV in the bedroom was there for decoration; it wasn't working. Even when I told them that it wasn't working, nobody came to fix it or responded to my request. This made me not to sleep at the premises or return for my second booking because I would like to access the premises at my own fee will without having to pound and pound at the gate when nobody would answer you.
