Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Great location, 3 elevators from the old town. Access to the apartment is hassle-free. The apartment is fully equipped, clean and comfortable. The hostess greeted us with a snack for the first hunger. Very nice place, I recommend it.

United StatesCooktop was an induction type that we hadn't used before. It looked similar the a regular glass cooktop but if you didn't put the moka pot directly in the middle it would flash a letter "F" and would not start. Once we figured out what the "F" meant it worked fine. It could have used better kitchen ware for those intending to cook some of their meals.
Best shower of all the places we stayed in our four week travels around Italy. Breakfast items were in a basket in the kitchen. Consisted of two different cereals, a couple of different kinds of briocche, teas and coffee. The location was just fine, but initially difficult to find because it was a second turn you had to make after a very sharp turn so street was easy to miss. We got on the second time around, Parking for trips into the main areas of San Marino were close and had elevators to various levels within the city. San Marino is an amazing place, built on the shear granite face of a mountain.

Location is good. Close to parking slots near the elevators to the old city. Apartment is quite big. In general San Marino is great!
