The beds were a bit hard, and the double bed was actually two single beds pushed together.

Excellent location, friendly and very helpful staff. The view from our balcony was great, and it would be just as good from the opposite side of the hotel too from what I could tell.

We had a great experience at Hotel Crocenzi, the room was very comfortable with excellent location and view. The staff were friendly and helpful and were able to offer advice as to restaurants etc.

The location is quite far from the San Marino town centre and we had to pay 25 Euro to get there during the day and 30 Euro in the evening. That added to our cost. But it is close to the bus station to Rimini. You just have to know where get off the bus to avoid the taxi fee. But as first time going to San Marino and the hotel, we wouldn’t know at all. It will be nice that the hotel owner or booking site inform customers about this.

Room was small, especially given queen size bed and bunk beds crowded into what would have been a small room for the queen size bed alone.

The location was acceptable given the cost. Next time will be willing to pay a higher price to be in San Marino itself.

For people with disabilities the location is not ideal if u want to visit the old city (if u don't want to pay a lot in taxi)

The shower curtain smelled of mold a lot, should be replaced ASAP (or even better: the shower refubrished a bit to have a door). Very very noisy place due to the big road it's next to, and sometimes the nighttime silence isn't kept.

Nice clean place, and the breakfast I found excellent. Many types of food, unsweetened yoghurt, fruit, eggs!

The location is not ideal, the hotel is actually on the highway. The boss of the hotel was not really helpful and was kinda rude.

The room was very good, big and clean. Thankfully, our room was on the back side with a nice view.The breakfast was excellent, there was a variety. The staff was helpful and kind. There is access and transportation to Rimini and to the historical centre of San Marino. There is a bus station in front of the hotel, where you may catch the bus from Rimini to the historical centre or the local bus. Also, in a distance of 1km you may get on the cable car.

No complaints. It would be useful to have specific advice re options for how to get to the top of the hill ie a note in the rooms with a map perhaps.

A nice hotel with ample private parking, convenient to visit San Marino. It is quite close to the cable car, but I'd recommend driving to the cable car base rather than walking, as the route is not pedestrian-friendly.
