Very good location, near car lift lower station and the trail to upper city. Pleasant and tasty restaurant in place. Nice and helpful staff. Room was clean and nice.

Great service that is 2 minutes away from funicular. There is a store nearby in which you can buy food and drinks and you can reach san marino walking by about 20-30 minutes up the hill. There is a special route to walk from, no need to walk up the highway. Service in hotel is impeccable, breakfast is good and you can get a free tourist card that gets you good discounts at reception.

Perfect located to explore San Marino and it's towers, close to the lift, free parking right in front. Super friendly staff. Comfortable and clean room and very convenient that there is the restaurant with amazing food.

Everything was excellent. The people and speacially the argentinan waitress help us a lot with some translations. The location is the best with parking on front and the telecar at 2 blocks.

Soundproofing could be better: we woke during the night due to other guests returning at late hours. For a longer stay this would probably be a bigger problem.

The location is perfect, right beside the Borgo Maggiore Cable Car. The staff was very accommodating and helped us find a free parking spot for our stay. We arrived before the checkin time, took the chance to have lunch at the restaurant while waiting and ended-up booking a table for dinner as well since the food is really good. The room is spacious and just what we needed for a one might stay.

Room was very well sized. Bathroom was clean and had toiletries. Staff were lovely and accommodating and were able to speak enough english to get by. The restaurant was great, providing delicious food. Breakfast was good, mainly sweet things but everything was fresh and yummy. Location was a 2 min walk to the cable cart.

There was a huge snow blizzard in San Marino hilltop, so it was difficult to walk any where. But that is something that no one can effect anyway.

Service was friendly and helpful. The hotel owner or worker even drove me to an appointment with his own car when the taxi did not arrive ❤️
