Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

DenmarkRoom was quite small for 4 persons - although we managed. We had expected direct access from our room to the bathroom - not via the common hallway. All keys to rooms seems to be the same - didn't feel that secure about that.
Nice and quiet place - but still relative close to the old city. Nice welcome but the host. Nice with the breakfast - and kitchen was well equipped.

EstoniaTo go to the funicular station from the house, you have to cross a busy highway (there is no marked pedestrian crossing in the vicinity). The breakfast was just cereal and packed pastry.
The house is located in a pleasant forest. The room was comfortable and cozy. The hosts were very welcoming and friendly, they gave us a map and San Marino cards that gave us discounts at the museums and funicular.

United StatesNot walkable. To get to San Marino city, you had to walk along the side of a highway - dirt/trees/bushes, NOT a sidewalk. It was dangerous and sketchy. That was not a breakfast. Milk, coffee, and prepackaged pasteries. No breakfast places walking distance, store required highway crossings to get to. This is only an acceptable place to stay if you have a car. They have plenty of parking.
Easy, flexible checkin. She walked us through the map and told us how to get to the main city.

United KingdomI had booked a triple room which i was told by booking.com was upgraded to a quadruple room with private bathroom and balcony. This was not the case. We had a double room and we are not a couple! We are friends travelling together. It was very embarrassing as the owner said that was all she had. I am not happy at all.
After some confusion about coffee makers, the breakfast was fine. It was very clean everywhere.

United StatesBreakfast: This is where the property can do substantially better. Property offered pre-packaged sweat bread, toast, milk in cartons and kid size juice boxes. Compared to other properties which offered fresh fruit, cheeses, hams, fresh coffee and juices, and other breakfast items, the breakfast offered by the Boschi house felt lacking. Towels: The towels felt very coarse, way more than a typical hotel. The towels need replacement.
Location: The house was close to a COOP supermarket and others, mount Titano and a restaurant for a quick bite. Parking: Plenty of space for parking. Decoration: It was in according to the location so it looks nice.

SloveniaThe sheets and blankets weren't that clean and the whole place had a more stuffed smell to it. We had our own terrace, which was nice, but they could provide some chairs and clear the terrace as well as the surroundings of the house are very nice. The breakfast included in the price was very minimal. We understand Covid limits the options, but some more essential food like dairy products and more spreads could be provided.
The private bathroom was nice and clean, so was most of the room. The staff was very friendly and the location of this house is great.

SwitzerlandWe were in quite a big rush and so we booked this place without checking too many details, which resulted in us being very disappointed. Luckily, we only spent one night. We did not find what we paid for and saw on the photos. There is a living room, that is a common room for everyone. However, luckily there were no other guests that night. There is a very long corridor with four doors - two rooms and two bathrooms. Our room had master bed and two smaller beds (for our two boys), and once we were in the room, literally nothing else could fit. If someone wanted to walk out of the room, everyone else would have to be sitting in their beds, because there was no space to walk. The bathroom was outside, which was inconvenient and no privacy, but again, luckily there were no other guests that night. Breakfast was really really bad; I think it's better to say there was no breakfast. There was no coffee, plenty of tea though, and no milk. My two boys remained hungry, so we just went somewhere else to have breakfast. There were packaged pastries, that were quite old, so we didn't have them. There was no normal bread, but very hard toasted bread and some small jams and marmalades (no butter). The owners said it was because of Covid, but I would recommend rather don't serve any breakfast at all, because what we found was mostly not eatable. Our family travels quite a bit, and we are not really spoiled when it comes to these things, but what I do mind the most is not being told the truth. It is not fair to see nice photos and nice rooms and foods on photos, and once you get there it's a totally different story.
The house was nice and clean enough. We were there at the end of October, so it was already quite cold to hang out in front of the house, but the back yard is very nice and quite big. A plus is that there was a parking spot in front of the house. We were also given cards with small discount for entering museums and some restaurants in the area, which was nice (although we forgot to use them). The Italian restaurant right next to the house is really great - the food is excellent and the service also!

Breakfast was abundant considering Covid limitation of prepackaged items. Host made sure we had coffee in the morning freshly made and milk. Host was helpful and we enjoyed our conversions with her. Location was great with entertainment for kids and plenty of space - very relaxing environment.

Annamaria was great and only too happy to help. It was also great to meet the rest of her familyz who kindly invited me impromptu to Annamaria's daughter's birthday party. The place is tranquil, close to the centre and spacious, everything was spotless.
