Helpful staff from initial reception to checking out!

In the hotel restaurant we had two small bottled beers for 6.5 euros each and the waiter charged us an additional 2 euros each for copertro. I do not find this fair as there was nothing extra and no table service.

The room was clean and ok. Really nice restaurant.

Insufficient parking - front lot was full and we were directed around back but not told about the reserved area for another building. In the morning when we were trying to get an early start we found our car blocked in by the neighbor and our mirrors were damaged.

Where to begin? The restaurant wasn't open for lunch, which we found odd. What was worse is that nobody was able to tell us where else we could go to eat. The restaurant was open for dinner, it was good, The food was solid, but nobody spoke English, so by mistake, we ordered "A meal for at least 2 people" which turned out to be 2 portions on 2 plates for 2x the price. The seafood risotto wasn't terrible, but 36 euro for it was far too much. Most importantly, in front of hotel someone installed into my 1.5-year-old car tracking device, which we didn't know by then, which also worked as a signal interruption, and all online systems stopped working. No online navigation, no satellite GPS, and no connection to the app on the phone. And 2 days after my car was stolen, with all systems still offline, the car became untrackable. So we lost the new car and everything with it. I don't say the hotel has something to do with my car theft, but thieves choose this location for a reason.

FIrstly it looked like a lovely place, but more you learnt about it, less good it became. View was great!

Not very kind personal. Didn’t speak well English. The hotel is NOT 1,9 km from the center of San Marino. Not even close. It is NOT possible to walk, but luckily we had car, in which we drove 7km to get to the hotel. Worst of all, two of us got FOOD POISONING from the breakfast buffet, which ended also was full of tasteless food.

Room was okay, close to how it was described, though the aircondition was not working properly.

The corridors and rooms had an unpleasant odor, and the bathroom had a significant mold issue. The absence of a bathroom cabin door led to water from the shower leaking onto the floor. Additionally, we woke up with signs of insect bites, although we can't confirm if they originated from the hotel room. Given these concerns, we won't be considering this hotel for future bookings.

Very hard mattress, lamps on the headboard and the bathroom light lacked lamp shades. Although the rooms were kept very clean, there was a distinctive unpleasant smell in the rooms. Probably due to some plumbing issues.

The cleanliness could have been better. The playroom was super messy/dirty. And in our room I found hair in the shower and on one of the towels.. the breakfast was disappointing too. We spent only one night so it was okay. But definitely didn’t meet our expectations unfortunately.

The hotel is at a really good location. It took us 4 minutes by car to get to the cable car. The staff was friendly.

The hotel is situated near the road and has its own parking, so it's suitable for those who travel by car. I traveled with my dogs and there is a small grass place near the hotel for walking with them. Marvelous view, good restaurant, cozy room, stuff is very friendly.

The room was dirty, a lot of dust under the bed! The beds are terrible. We forgot something, we ohoned them several times, didnt response or give the answer about the forgotten thing. Not frendly at all!

Had to kill a cockroach or some other big bug in my room. Overall the rooms are pretty worn and outdated, weird shower.

Staff were friendly and professional. Free parking. Very nice view from the hotel room window.

The room looked like it was renovated last century. Very bad soundproofing. Could hear every move of the neighbors and also, every use of the toilet was like in the middle of the room.

Location is ok if you travel by car.
