I didn't like the breakfast. It was a set price and didn't allow for a la carte options. I thought it was also overpriced. And the food was so so. I didn't like that there was no complimentary bottled water at all during my 4-day stay. On the first day of arrival, I was tired, so I drank a bottle of water out of the fridge. I thought it was complimentary. I had to buy my own bottled water. During checkout, I was informed that I needed to pay 2,000 CFA for a small bottle of water. I informed them that I thought that the initial bottle of water was complimentary. He told me that only the water on the desk was complimentary. I told him I didn't receive any during my stay. He said I should have informed them of that. Really? Why do I need to tell them what they should be doing as standard practice? I thought everything there was overpriced. I ordered a cappuccino from the bar. It was 2500 CFA, and the glass was less than half full.

I like the location. And the large, clean, quiet, comfortable room. There was also good, hot water. I also liked the pool.

what I did not like was the service in the morning at breakfast. Very unorganised and not accommodating at all. Had to wait for more than 15 minutes before being able to place an order. It was more important to take away dishes even from the table I was sitting at but then not to take the order. This also happened to my colleague. Also even though it was very apparent that my colleague was Muslim she was given an omelet with bacon and that was twice in the time we had breakfast at the hotel. Really very weird and disrespectful.

The staff at reception were extremely helpful and kind. very accommodating and supportive even though I do not speak French😉

My colleagues who are also my superiors had to be transferred to another hotel despite booking in advance and this affected our after hours side meetings.

The food was amazing. The staff were extremely helpful to negotiate for taxis to various locations since I had a language barrier.

what I like the most about the property was the staff,very helpful and friendly(specially Rama and the Ghinean guy )..this place really make me feel like I was in luxury hotel, you can order food and drink until very late ,very comfortable and the swimming pool gets cleaned up everyday .

There is no buffet breakfast and no free coffee refills. Great effort had been made to update the rooms (it's an older establishment built in a western resort/ motel style) but the rooms still lacked some basic interior touches to make them more inviting and pleasant.

We were given a quiet room away from the main road. Staff at the restaurant was very helpful and friendly. Some good food. Nice garden and pool.

fumigating rooms every evening for occupied rooms. Hot water kettle with tea and coffee for use by guest during period of stay . at least the guest could be able make him or herself comfortable during non operating hours of restaurant.

The breakfast was good. the variety provided was really balanced. You need to provide a bigger rom size fridge in the suites to cater for extra storage need of the visitors.

The complimentary breakfast was a bit boring though as there was limited options to chose for. A buffet style breakfast will be better considering they have guests from all over the world

Location was amazing. staff were always willing to help out as I was non french speaking guest. The rooms was always cleaned at right time and very well. Totally exceptional facility that I’ll always recommend. Hope to be back someday.

The hotel has a pool for relaxing but it's a bit small so it's difficult to swim a lot. Just stay on the bench having the small meals.

I could find three types of breakfast variety that are everything fine with good quality. Hotel WiFi is so strong so that I can work well in the room. Clean water, electricity are also good. So it's a good hotel even though under the COVID 19 situation.

The hotel was beautiful as was the restaurant and in a good location for Ngog beach which was amazing. Add to that the Reception staff were fantastic as were all staff. The food and drink was lovely.
