The fitness center (gym) was small and the treadmills were old. The other equipment was not working and the only available option for exercising was running.

Great Staff and restaurant. The food was delicious and fares were average. The local beer is excellent. The room is big and clean, however, amenities such as water, coffee and tea were available only on the first day of my stay.

I discovered that the comforter had holes in it. For a Marriott where they take pride in excellent service, this was totally not up to standard. Housekeeping should never ever have to use comforters that are ripped and have holes in them. The humidifier in the room was full with water every single day, not once was it emptied by housekeeping or the maintenance dept. My husband kept doing it everyday

Very old TVs with very bad quality of image. I complained twice and they sent techniciens who said that they really can’t help with it Carpet in the corridor and room smell humidity The hotel has isolated location far from everything and no restaurants around, you need to always take a taxi ( only using hotel services as no taxis are around and fares are also expensive compared to normal taxis ) Noisy neighborhood due to the casino next to the hotel and all the festivals taking place during my stay Dirty curtains with holes No water bottles except for the 1st night No toilet brush nor hygienic kit ( toothpaste, ear puds, hands gel, shaving kit…etc ( one soap to wash hands for the whole stay ) I asked to do my room after the 3rd day and the housekeeper didn’t even bother to put the Shower gel, I had to call after my shower, waited 30 min at least before the house keeper came Restaurant : The lady in the entrance of the restaurant wasn’t smiling at all When you aren’t adding any credit card, you can’t add your meals to your room until the end of your stay, I had to always pay by euros and have change by local currency. Verrrrrry long waiting time whenever you need anything and food will arrive after one hour minimum If you want to avoid going out, you will eat at the hotel like it was my case. Each meal will cost you an arm and leg ( around 30€) Incomprehensible taxes added to everything you eat and they will also charge you for the room service Room and food overpriced compared to the quality. Also, they will take ages to bring anything you ask for It took me one hour to have my meal, then the lady forgot the drinks and came back 30 minutes with the wrong one after I was done with my food Breakfast isn’t bad but it’s pity not to have fresh juices in such country.

everything! The service was bad ! There were only a couple nice staff members. we rented the meeting room for 6pm and they gave us access to the room at 6:16 pm.
