We loved staying here. Great little boutique hotel with strong WiFi. We really enjoyed staying here and would highly recommend.

Maybe because it had been raining all week the pool was not as blue clear as you could wish for. An in-house lunch and/or dinner menu would be appreciated although you have plenty of options around the block!

At the center of Zona Rosa for a bargain of other hotels, really nice room, clean, super comfy bed and the towels are supreme. In the morning although the view is not high you get the "squirrels' patrol" visit from all the surrounding trees, so quite nice!

Perhaps more options for dietary restrictions. For example, vegan options….

I liked the staff’s friendliness. And the location was key to get to any destination within amd without San Salvador. Super safe!

We enjoyed everything about this property. Cleanliness, hot water, breakfast and service was always 100%. All staff was very polite and welcoming especially the front desk representative “Albita”. Albita was the sweetest. I had 2 rooms reserved here and Albita made sure we were all satisfied and that our standards were being met. She always went above and beyond to make sure my requests were being met. Well done! I will definitely stay here again.

I can't say that there's anything I didn't like. I loved it here!

The breakfast was phenomenal here! Also, San Benito is an amazing spot for tourists. After exploring all day, it was great to come back to an amazingly spacious room with great amenities.

What I liked most was the staff. They were all super friendly and professional. The hotel was charming and cute. Definitely loved the convenience of the restaurant they have attached to the hotel. The food there was great. Overall it was a great experience. I would definitely recommend this place and will be returning.

No complaints. I'm a solo traveler, and this seemed like a bit of a family place. I was one of the few people going in and out at 1am, but other than that, everything about it was really great.

The pool was a good size, and not too busy when I was there. The staff were more than friendly, and couldn't have been more helpful. And the breakfast offered some great choices. Delicious food. The location and the security were also top notch. Lots of things in walking distance for food and entertainment.

Nobody speaks English there The furniture in the room was a bit old

Our room was ok, but we didn’t have hot water for the first night. I had to finally ask to be moved to another room. Management should have moved me immediately as they couldn’t fix issue.

My room was next to the kitchen and it gets noisy at 6:00 AM. No see through windows in the room. No car waiting for me at the airport as promised.

The hotel is in a convenient location with a modern mall next door and lots of restaurants nearby. Breakfasts are excellent.

One of the guards was not very friendly. It was difficult to enter the hotel, as the guard makes it difficult for one. Especially for visitors.
