Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

United StatesI did not like how we paid extra for the room to be available early but it was ready as early as we needed it. We waited in the lobby for sometime with all of our luggages and there was a business group there that seemed annoyed with all of our luggages being in the lobby.
I loved our view of the mountains. I really enjoyed the big balcony and I really enjoyed how pleasant and quiet our space and area was. The check-in process overall was fast and easy. The lobby personnel seemed polite and kind everytime I interacted with them.

Hi, I liked that it was next to the mall and restaurants. Great area and close to Santa elena. The highlight of the stay was the Thursday party held at the restaurant. The menu and drinks are wonderful. Specially the singer "Mario Guerrero" for the evening entertainment Do not get rid of him, Omg, what a voice. He is definitely an asset to the hotel. I would recommend Fridays and Saturday performances too. The personal at the guest services all have a wonderful personality. In addition, "Samuel" from house keeping is a wonderful gentle person. He is so sweet and just a delight to speak with. He does a wonderful job cleaning the rooms and listening to your needs. Other employees who left an impact were two waiters. "Franklin" he goes beyond the call of duty and a hard worker. He was nice and helpful. Provided excellent service to my aunt who is on a walker. She is 88 years old. I appreciated that. Very nice young man. Please recognize him in some way. Another waiter called "Abner". He was extra nice and provided excellent service. Everyone in the restaurant was nice and friendly. But, these two waiters went beyond the call of duty. I will definitely stay at the hotel again. Please acknowledge Mario the singer, Samuel of housekeeping, Franklin and Abner the waiters. They are wonderful people Wonderdul employees. Thank you.

United StatesOnly when traveling for work do I stay in hotels like these that are business focused and have amenities like meeting spaces, gym, pool, etc, but if you are staying in San Salvador this is great base since it close to everything, safe, and there are lots of malls and restaurants nearby. The breakfast is good and the pool area is nice place to unwind. Staff is super nice. All you would expect from a Marriott.
