Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

I stayed in a double, and it was comfortable. Our first room was very dark and the shower stopped working on the second day, but after telling the front desk they moved us to a great room. Will definitely be staying again!

United StatesThe only complaint we have is of the Air Conditioning. The room is big and the location of the AC wasn't the best, but leaving it on for a while cooled the room down for sure. Parking seemed a bit small too.
The breakfast buffet had a nice selection to choose from and the orange juice was great. You can expect to find typical Salvadoran breakfast foods, which is perfect. Staff were friendly and location was nice. Beds were nice too. Would definitely go back again.

United StatesOk the hotel it self its beautiful on the outside the inside of it needs lots of updating to do. The rooms dont have a mini fridge we had to buy a little cooler to keep cold water .The place would have events that almost twice we were left with no parking but they managed to move a car and let us park.
The location of the hotel was good because its near a shopping center. The food and drinks from the restaurant are delicious I give the restaurant a 5 star
