The location and proximity to San Salvador city center is really what makes this place worth staying at. Breakfast is typical for the locals and decent. The facility is clean and the staff is friendly and accommodating with updated common areas. Aside from that- the place needs a complete overhaul. But the price was on point for what you get, which again is location. That is it!

Ask for a new room before move inside because of low internet connection. I've asked for it but no one tried to fix router or something for 5 days. There is no any market or restaurant to eat around. You need to walk for more than 500 meter to go them.

It's close to the city, fair enough for the price, reception is 24/7, and there is a big parking lot.

We spent a bit more thinking it was nice and it was just regular. The ac is outdated and the room is all white like a hospital. You can tell it is an old building.

Our room had a kitchenette with a microwave but no dishes, glasses or cutlery!

Clean and comfortable room. The first room we were given overlooked the road and was noisy so we asked to be moved. Luckily they had a room available facing the garden which suited us better.

The upkeep: There are crusts in the showerhead, and shower finishings from mold and lime, that are not hard to clean. The fridge door shows rust, not hard to sand and paint. Details around the room show a lack of supervision. Overall my experience is very good, these details are minor but so simple to fix - this is why I mention them.

My room was ok, although we had confortable beds the very first night my bed sheets were dirty, but l I informed at the front desk and they came in and changed them right away. The desk light outlet wasn't working properly and I had go buy me a 5 way electricity outlet to charged my family devices. The walls were stained and dirty more attention on little details like that a fresh coat of paint can make the difference. A small coffee maker could of be nice at my staying since I love to drink coffee all the time I had to cook my water in the microwave and it was a hassle. My bathroom had ants other than that I think I'd a great stay.

The staff was very professional although my reservation was processed wrong Gabriel and Beatris they both tried to help me with my reservation issues and tried to make my stay pleasant. Big thanks to Mrs. NORMITA she was always very nice and professional, she kept my room very clean. Better yet every morning I see her coming up the elevator she always gave us a big goodmorning smile and made our day very pleasant. GRACIAS NORMITA

It said online that there was an airport shuttle. However, when I asked the front desk they did not say there was one available. So I wish I had known that. I paid for an Uber which wasn’t too bad but I was expecting the hotel to provide transportation… not a horrible experience

I liked the price of the hotel with the amenities that it provided. I would recommend.

I requirente more towels and toilet paper for the second night and even though I called to ask, I had to go down to the lobby and get it myself. There was a pool but it was freezing.
