I LOVED THE LOCATION THE PRICE AND THE STAFF THERE IS A YOUNG LADY IN PARTICULAR THAT WAS JUST AMAZING !!! HER NAME IS EVELYN AND SHE MADE MY STAY INCREDIBLE, SHE IS SOOOOO PROFESSIONAL AND JUST GOES ABOVE AND BEYOND OUT OF HER WAY TO HELP YOU HAVE THE BEST EXPERIENCE, I WILL DEFINATELY GO BACK AND STAY IN THE SAME PLACE BECAUSE EVELYN ALONG WITH THE REST OF THE STAFF MADE ME REALLY FEEL LIKE I WAS AT HOME !!!

It was extremely uncomfortable, it should have air conditioning and should do something with the mosquitoes. The bed was also very hard and I could hardly sleep

The staff is super sweet. I liked the place and it is so close to the city center. So easy with bus number 4 stopping in front of the house. The parc cuscatlan 2min away is amazing

Cleaning staff is bossy, overtakes space of guests and make you feel like an invader. No organised information for travelling or things to do available. Just pieces here and there.

It lacked atmosphere and the rooms were very basic. Not enough fans to go around. The staff - particularly the cleaning staff - were not overly friendly. The road outside is loud.

It's got a kitchen and some nice social spaces - didn't spend any time on the terrace in the hammocks but they looked nice

Had a room to myself which was great and clean. Property has a fully equipped kitchen for everyone to use, lovely common areas. Great location, close to a number of bus stops and 'grocery stores'. Helpful owners when needed help with directions.

Wifi didn't work and they kept telling people it will be fixed tomorrow but apparently hasn't in a week.

Wi-Fi wasn’t working. I checked-in for two nights, but second night someone else was sleeping in my place. Given a bunk bed in another room which had mosquitoes. Was offered another room and it had a cockroach! Ended up catching it and threw it out of the window. I wish they had bigger size lockers. The website says, locks are sold for $5, but they didn’t have any. They were supposed to provide breakfast for $3, but workers simply made breakfast for themselves!

Part of the property is under renovation and remolding. Some of the facilities are not in place yet, i.e. lockers. But I was told they will be available soon. And I believe once it's completed, it'll be a beautiful place to stay.

Every staff member is friendly and helpful. The location is perfect for me; away from the history downtown, but easy to go to the old and new neighborhood with a convenient bus ride. I love the Parque Cuscatlan. It's a city delight in a hot day. Take a walk in the early morning before the city gets busy and enjoy the breeze; that's a vacation. The hostel has good vibe, with music and piano; clean and convenient kitchen, hot water. Few eateries are around the corner.

The hostel had a fire after our first night. It has meant that our travel plans have had to change due to a replacement of passport and documents.

I really can't argee with the high score on booking I expected much more for a place with an 8.5+ rating Well the room wasn't nice dark dust everywhere no AC only fans that are also super dusty very cheap and shaky bunk beds Also my room was one of the 2 rooms that are next to the kitchen and it's noisy Also pretty far from the next big supermarket like 20 min walk Showers are old and especially the shower head need a deep clean or to be replaced

The owner is super nice and speak very good English Well this is by far the cheapest accommodation in San Salvador while all other places charge at least twice as much as here so as a budget backpacker there's no other choice for 1-2 days it is okay if you don't need a fancy room They do take credit cards The kitchen has everything it needs The wi fi was ok too Hot water in the shower is working

Very clean , all areas common and privet. Very good WiFi, very well equiped kitchen (microwave, toaster, whatever u need). More than 1 person can cook at once (or wash dishes). Very friendly staff , u can ask about direction etc. Bus station in front of the hostel. U can make laundry as well for good price , although it wasn't to good tbh. Hot water , working well like never. Anyways amazing place to stay.
