We had an aircon room, which seemed to solve the humidity and heat issue others have with the regular dorm. However, our room smelled of stanky shoes all night. I'd suggest a shoe cabinet outside. The showers/restrooms could use multiple cleanings in a day.

Friendly and helpful staff, free breakfast, great and safe location walkable to tons of nightlife. Easy to chill environment, which makes it easy to meet people with simple conversations.

The hostel is under construction, and the noise from the hammering is ridiculously loud during the day. The bottom bedroom was hot and hard to believe that in 2024, there was no air-conditioning at least during the night. Brutally hot!

The location is ideal for those who want to enjoy restaurants and proximity to shopping. It is a very social hostel and the staff is very friendly.

- Only cold water in the showers - Shower cabins are quite small and without any shelves. You have to seriously juggle to keep your stuff dry while taking a shower - The sleeping pods could use a new painting. The walls are kinda dirty, the paint even started falling off at certain places (see pictures)

- Really helpful receptionists - I got all the help that I needed with organizing tours, getting recommendations for food /restaurants, transportation from the airport etc. - The hostel offers in-house tours. Just ask them for the options, they have several ones (also see the uploaded pics) - Very simple breakfast but it is included in the accommodation price - Good and safe location - Fans installed in all sleeping pods - Decent sized lockers - Last but not least - card payment option available (except for the external tours)

Breakfast was great. Staff were all really nice. Location was awesome, very safe feeling area, lots to do nearby, easy enough to get to all the attractions.

Beds was encapsuled into some plastic cover which made them rustle as you turned. Only 5 baggage lockers in the 8 bed dorm, the rest was located outside the dorm. The AC was only on during the night. Toilet/shower on the second floor was dirty, the kitchen was very poorly equipped, not even a cutting board was available.

Friendly staff, laundry service was super efficient, The breakfast was amazing.

I didn’t got the room as shown on the pictures , instead I got a room with squeeking bunkbeds and paid the same price as the pretty dorms .

It is not the best value for money, it is quite expensive compared to other hostels in El Salvador. And the quality is not that much better.

Triple private room was large had 2 beds and located on the ground floor next to the lobby, common areas. So there was a lot of noise until late night & again early morning. In fact at 2am there was drilling, banging noise from next door. Room didn't have much other furniture (to put your bags, unpack, etc). Lighting in the room was poor. All other rooms were upstairs, so may not be as impacted by the noises. Luggage storage after check-out is under the stairs and not secure.

Good ambience in hostel and chance to meet other travellers. Decent hangout and dining area. The staff is very helpful explaining how to get around San Salvador. In the safe part of town, close to several american fast food places as well as local restaurants. Bus stop is 10 mins walk for buses (42B, 101) to Historical Center (Cathedral, Plaza, National Palace, etc). The bus itself costs $0.30 & is a 20-30 mins ride based on traffic. Provided filtered water dispenser where you can fill your water-bottle. For us vegetarians, our breakfast had a veg burritto, cereal, coffee & cookie.

-Cold shower most of the time -(Also seen that) Price relatively high for a dorm bed -Quite far from the historic center and main bus terminals, so you have to take a bus or taxi each time

-Dorm was not very spacious, but had comfortable beds with curtains+light+socket -Some lockers in the dorm and more lockers outside the dorm -Enough toilets+showers (min. 4 each) -Showers were cold most of the time, but one time I got lucky and had a warm one -WiFi worked well (also in the dorm) -Location in a safe neighborhood + several restaurants nearby -I could pay with creditcard without extra charge -Free drinking water -Breakfast included -Friendly+helpful staff

Location was busy and noisy but that’s the only minor niggle!

We booked a studio which was super spacious and comfortable, with a tv and space for preparing food. AC also makes it a perfect temperature and the bathroom attached was clean and had toiletries! Over the road from Tica/Cristobal Colon bus stop so perfect location before a connecting journey. Super helpful staff even prepared us breakfast to take away as our bus was early! Fast WiFi.

The hostel was quite okay, but there is a lack of atmosphere. Dorm was okay, quite clean. Location is also good. It's okay, in my opinion, for a short stay.

I thought the bathroom was always dirty, but then realized that they were cleaned every morning. Then the problem might be the quantity of people using them and just one cleaning per day.

Nice breakfast and location and friendly staff. The curtains in the bed make the difference in privacy.

The kitchen was tiny, and the cooker ally one end which only allowed max 2people to be in there. Was woken up at 3am by one of the staff members and his friends drinking and laughing very loudly. Friend paid for laundry, but was dirty when it came back, they had only put it in the dryer. Far away from the city center.

Not that many toilets available, which makes it hard to find them "perfect clean". Specially if you are assigned to the middlefloor shared room (they are not dirty, though. Just already used...) As the bunk beds are close together, it is difficult to mind your business without disturbing other guests (noise, lights and so on). But I guess that is what you get when chosing to stay at a shared room. ;)

The hostel is located at a really good neighborhood and at a safe and central area. People are nice, but not intrusive. The staff is helpful when you ask them stuff. They have lockers, but you have to bring your own locket/padlock. The breakfast is slightly different everyday; it is quite simple, but ok. Nice decoration and you can close the curtains of your bunk bed for some privacy.
