Located a bit far from the main tourist areas, although easily accessible by Uber or bus! Also walkable if you don’t mind walking ~1hr (I enjoyed exploring the neighbourhoods on foot!)

The property is super cute with all its plants and located in a quiet neighbourhood. The hosts are very kind and eager to help. Even helped me practice my spanish a little! They upgraded me to a room with its own bathroom when I checked in which I was honestly super grateful for! They provide home cooked breakfasts every morning in the outdoor dining area, which was absolutely delicious. I would stay here again!

The hotel is really beautiful with beautiful paintings, a lot of flowers, plants and a really nice terrace where you can have a lovely breakfast. The rooms are good and convenient and I slept really well on the bed, probably also because of my 20-hour flight :). The bathroom was shared and for me that was fine. I arrived really late at the hotel but the staff was super friendly and exceptionally waited for me to arrive, normally the reception was already closed. It’s a perfect stay for a very affordable price. Would recommend this place for sure!

Oasis is located in an area where I walked several blocks to find something to eat. I liked the walks, but do not want to walk alone after dark. Because it gets dark around 6:30 in Central America I did not have a chance to eat dinner. Hotel Oasis doesn't allow food in the hotel rooms...a great idea to keep things clean, by the way, but it limits dinner possibilities when traveling alone.

Breakfast was available for $8.00. Coffee and water available for $1.00 each. I normally don't eat breakfast. I didn't see anyone during my stay downstairs eating breakfast. I don't know what they offered.

Just have in mind that everything in this area will be close at 10pm, also the Hostel. For us wasn’t a problem because we didn’t like to go out at night.

Hotel Oasis is a beautiful place, a real little oasis ☺️ 🌸 The rooms are colorful, cozy and comfortable beds, everything is super clean and all the people very helpful. They gave us many recommendations. I would definitely recommend this place and would return any time. Thanks a lot!

too restrictive, U cant order food outside and eat it on the hotel no matter the area where u eat it and u have to be inside at 10:00pm or they wont open the outside door.... that is not a hotel.

Just a very small comment: the reception closing at 10pm was a bit tight, there could be an easier way for guests to get back safely and quietly without having to disturb the staff if we miss the curfew time.

We really loved the nice, warm and helpful staff. All those women made our stay very comfortable and made sure we wouldnt lack anything. We even got an upgrade of our room during the whole stay! This is also the reason why i extended my stay with one more night. The pupusas served at breakfast were delicious!

There wasn't much around for food, arriving in the evening especially. You cannot walk to the center, but that isn't an issue because most accommodations are not in the center and ubers are very cheap. I stayed in a private room, but it was a shared 1 bathroom on the floor, which resulted in having to wait quite often. Other than that, a great stay!!!

It was really clean and a comfortable stay. Filtered water available for free and a breakfast for a cost. Really cute property with a lovely, peaceful garden. It was in a safe neighborhood.

I wish the curfew is extended much later, but that just me.

This place is perfect if you are not a night life partying person. It's located in quiet area of San Salvador, it supper clean and safe. About $3-$4 by Uber to the Centro Historico However, you need to be back in the hotel by 10pm at latest, otherwise you'll be locked out. If safe is your main concern and don't stay out late then this is the perfect place for you.

Being that it was in a residential neighborhood, many neighborhood sounds--barking dogs, street vendors, loud music--were part of it too. Not their fault. Just how it is. They made clear at the beginning that they close at 10pm and do not reopen until 6am. While it was ok for me because I went to bed at 9pm, I might've looked elsewhere if I'd come with others.

I did not have breakfast while here. The location was great in a residential neighborhood. The staff volunteered to upgrade my room. They got me one with a private veranda and a direct view of the volcano.
