I booked a singel for 18 usd. I gave them 20, no return. I asked for my chance, but he signaled to me that 20 usd was correct. Its maybe only 2 dollars, but still not fair to do so.

The rooms are basic and surprisingly clean I must say. Towel and soap provided. Staff does not speak English at all (!), even using the translator was tricky, because they had no idea what I wanted when I asked for luggage storage. They did in the end, but obviously not used to that. Location is good, everything walking distance. There is no kitchen, but a small restaurant attached.

When I arrived the person behind the desk had no record of my booking anywhere, It took 30 minutes of back and forth and in the end I was just charged the room rate off the wall I never got to use the booking.com rate in the end. It also advertises that they accept credit cards and they dont its cash only which was another problem. Finally on the last day someone was chapping the door and asking me to pay when I had paid on arrival . Hotel was value for money and was clean but I would not be back unfortunately

Cold shower and a bit dated, but again for the price paid...be prepared for some traffic noise and I think they have some permanent stays as well.

It's an ok room for the price. Have stayed at worst places paying 10 times more. Room is small but enough for sleep only. They usually have coffee for free at the lobby and some drinks for sell. They serve meals at a place next door for an additional small price.

Saw some mosquitos in the room, but got rid of them very fast. Sent about 3 to better life xD if any left then the fan air would have kept them away. Floor felt a bit slippery I guest not much product put when cleaned (but did look clean) Shower valve for water was broken but not a big deal.

It's a cheap hotel judging by prices here nowadays. Gotta have an open mind and know you're getting the very basic, a room with a bed and a probate bathroom. It's noisy cause is right by a busy street, it's dated and there were some mosquitos inside. The room is small, has a tv with internet connection. YouTube, your Netflix... A small drawer and a dates seat plus a fan. Bed was comfortable but as well looked quite old when I checked under the sheets. Had a towel and soap, no other toiletries provides. There is a cafeteria in the property, they sell drinks in the lobby and the main door is always locked but is right by the lobby so they'll open it right away for you. There's complimentary coffee at the lobby and some seats as well. Not the best but had a clean room a private bathroom, and a bed to sleep in for a lower price. Is close to the center and food options available around or close by as well.

Room was quite dark, one of the two mattresses so bad it gave me back pain. The bathroom is separated from the next room’s by a wooden panel, so you can hear ALL kinds of noises from the neighbouring room, and their snoring. Recommended if you don’t like to sleep alone I guess.

Good location, Decent place, safe, clean enough. Good to have a private bathroom for that price. Great to have the comedor just there for good priced meals.

The shower room was tiny with hardly any space between the sink and the toilet. It was very cramped with a window that overlooked the car park.

Secure hotel a 20 minute walk from the historical centre. The connected restaurant was a decent place to get an affordable dinner and breakfast. The bedroom fan was powerful and the beds reasonably comfortable. The hotel is on a road where you can get a bus straight to Plaza Amanacer for buses to other parts of the country. The cable TV worked well.

The room was depleted . The wall covered in smeared roach and streaks of unknown liquids ran down the wall like the tears I had from sitting in the room . Tv was as big as an iPad . Stale smelly odor from the lack of ventilation. Deplorable place with a happy host . They did call me an animal for no reason at 8 am while I was sleeping to which I replied in my strongest Spanish intellect . Tu madre .

The receptionist was drunk. He was sleeping in the couch and didnt hear our shuttle driving ringing the door while we were up already. When we wanted to go out of the hostel, he couldnt find his keys and we spent 15 minutes looking for them. We missed our shuttle to Nicaragua. We tried to still make it to the boat, but the hostel then argued with the taxi driver whether they should pay the bill to catch up the shuttle, after over an hour of negotiating, we missed the boat connection as well.

SO LOUD! And that's not because of other guests or street loud but about staff. They're so loud all day all the time . My room was on the ground floor and they're all the time washing something, talking very loud, screaming. I spent here 4 nights and it was every single day, they're starting do this every day around 5 am. Next time I would pay 5/10$ more and go to different place because here it was so hard to take some rest. I guess if you starting work at 5 am you can eaisly realize that's not a right time for screaming or very talk loud. That's about simple respect to other people. Like I wrote before it wasn't just one morning but every time. I had some cockroaches in my room
