The area around the hotel is pretty run down and even though that's the reality of developing countries, I don't have to like it! That's not the fault of the apartment owners or staff, but forewarned is forearmed.

The staff were very friendly and attentive and really made me feel at home. The room was clean and comfortable and good value for money. The location was as central as it gets, with plenty of restaurants right next door and the bus stop and supermarket only a few minutes walk away. The patio area was a great place to chill with the ocean as close as it gets.

Nothing really. I had a great stay and enjoyed every minute. The owner was constantly updating things at the property while I was there, for example. new washing machine for common area & painted graphics on front of building, so I am sure that when I visit next time, it will be even better.

I stayed 9 nights and the location was perfect. Short walk to downtown Libertad. Shorter walk to a large grocery store and busses. The street has more than 10 restaurants to choose from and the hotel has a great restaurant too, run by a very nice lady named Karen and her team Alexandria, Arley & Nelson. There is a full kitchen that guests can use. The view from the deck just outside my room was wonderful and I ate breakfast there every morning. The room was very clean and the bed was very new and comfortable. All the staff were wonderful and very helpful as I arrived at 3am and departed at midnight and they arranged transportation from and to the airport at odd hours. Bahang the owner and Marie who runs the hotel made sure I had everything I needed for a great stay. Did I mention that it is right on the beach? One unique thing is when you are on the deck and look to the right, there is an old raised public pool that fills at high tide. It was quite amazing to watch and visit. I attached a pic of how it fills up. Again the location was perfect.

Loud music on the weekend I stay 2 block from the hotel, however doesn’t have to do with the hotel

Safety, clean room, location, near the water for view purposes because it’s strong the water waves and lots of rocks which is common in the area, Friendly people, many small restaurants next to the hotel cheap prices, good food authentic Salvadorean food dishes fresh home made
