Unfortunately, the fitness center was closed for repairs when we were there. Other than that, everything was excellent.

The breakfast was amazing; by far the best I have seen at any hotel (I gained three pounds in three days)...the beds were also amazing, very comfortable. The staff was outstanding, very cordial and helpful, and they made us feel like family there. The kitchen staff even made us a special treat for the day that we were leaving, and we took photos together, just like family! Many thanks to don Enrique, doña Maria, and doña Flor, for making us feel right at home and treating us like royalty. Also, this hotel is connected by an indoor walkway to the Plaza Futura, a huge, luxurious plaza with restaurants, financial institutions, and shops. We look forward to staying there again on our next visit, God willing!

Didn't see any signage on the street indicating we were at the Plaza; all signage was for the Hilton. Had to stop and ask if we were at the right hotel. Some taxi drivers may not be familiar with the property until you tell them it used to be the Sheraton before it was rebranded into the Hilton.

The Plaza is located on the grounds of the Hilton San Salvador and shares facilities including the reception desk with the Hilton. We had a one-bedroom suite in the Plaza which was an amazing value for price paid. Breakfast was included in our rate; it was a buffet in the Hilton part of the property and included pupusas made to order. The Hilton is one of the better properties in the city but by staying at the Plaza you get the advantages of being on Hilton grounds at a more reasonable price. We used Uber to get around the city - call it US$5 to get to the main square from the hotel and around $36 from the airport.

Reception and other Staff very polite and helpful.. Rooms were super clean and beds were really comfortable. Amenities like gym and swimming pool are well maintained.

Location was near World Trade Center and many restaurants near by. Breakfast was excellent with huge variety. Excellent room service.

The kitchenette was not stocked. Would have been nice to have had cutlery and some some dishes. The double beds were small but we knew that going in. They were comfortable enough. The rooms were a little dated but for the price, we cannot complain.

The included breakfast was fantastic! There were pupusas every day that you could custom order, and they were delicious! The staff was great and all they accommodated all of my requests, including an early check-in and an extra bed.

These suites could be awesome if the hotel takes the time to make repairs. There is hot water, but at times, it comes out cold. The rug is old, and the first room we got the rug was old, and ripped the entire room needs a make-over. The rooms looked vintage, loved them. However, with renovations, this could be beautiful.

Loved the space! Big bedroom, big tv in both rooms, the living room and the bedroom. The little kitchen with the fridge and the microwave was so convenient! Did not use the pool but was a nice size and clean. There is a gym, but It needs maintenance. Loved how the hotel is connected to Plaza Futura. You can find good food at a walking distance and also ATMs if you need cash. Loved the bar with the DJ. The customer service is very good. I'm giving the concierge a 10! Outstanding service from these guys.

After being assigned a room and going to check it out after check-in, everything was fine. When returning at around 9:30 PM , the room had been assigned to somebody else! Boomer, they gave me two drinks for the inconvenience. Even though I stay in this hotel minimun twice a year.

Room a bit dated but was super spacious and comfortable so that made up for it.

Great place, basically an older part of the Hilton Hotel so use all the same facilities as the Hilton. Great coffee place and restaurant, breakfast was delightful, staff were friendly, room extremely spacious, gym was well equipped, the bed was HUGE! Would highly recommend!

No breakfast is included, even for the expensive bill. The furniture is a little bit dated, and the bathtub didn't have the bath plug/cork, so it's impossible to have a bath in the bathtub. In the dorm room, the lights were hard to light/turn off due to the switch being far from the door and far from the bed. Also, the coffee maker was broken. Worse of all, it required a lot of walking from the lobby to be in the room.

The lobby was gorgeous, and the staff was super friendly. The ambient is relaxed, and it has the services listed on the page. Something I thanked was that staff, even security guards or personnel, is not over you, only one check at the entrance. I liked the courtesy coffee and water!
