The property needs urgent remodeling of bathrooms and replacements of carpets. There is mold in the bathrooms. I had to ask to replace the shower curtain.

Breakfast and location. These suites could be wonderful, if they did basic upkeep like changing the carpets.

Not the highest standard of cleaning, cleaners many times left rubbish in room so because temperature they smelled gross. From our first room during shower water was going out to room after changing room was a little bit better but still dirty curtains and lamps shades has a lot of dust. Lamps was wiggling and so on. Very old interior decoration - everything looks nice only on pictures. Shower had that much stones inside that water pressure was going very hard. THIS IS 4 STARS HOTEL ONLY IN BOOKING IN REALITY IS 3 STARS so we felt a bit cheated.

The hotel is actually a part of Crowne Plaza. I had no idea, and got my driver to use Waze to go to the exact address. He ended up dropping us at the wrong location. Check in took awhile too.

Great value for money - we had a huge suite with a big living space and kitchenette.

I stayed in room 656 and it seems that this room had not been occupied for a long time, it smelled, drapes were torn, shower curtain was was ripped, the bathtub drain cover was missing, one of the shower’s valves was loose. Too bad I did not get photos. Rooms here used to be well maintained.

the waiting to check in is bad no rooms were available when I got to the hotel. I was charged my credit card and I paid everything cash even the laundry used until now I don’t know what I was charged for it when I check out I made sure I didn’t own anything and I was told that the 65 dollars that was on hold on my card it was going to get removed which it didn’t on top of that they added the extra charges without my consent. I had to spoke to the bank to get the 65 dollars removed the bank is still investigating the extra charges on my credit card.

we stayed for 2 night and liked it. location is great next to Futura plaza, the rooms are spacious and the beds are very big and comfortable. very Good breakfast buffet

Internet access was poor on the living room and inexistent in the bedroom. That´s bad for business traveller. Mini fridge, coffee maker and sink look worn out. Bathroom also needs a revamp. Have seen better days.

It’s run down. Carpet destroyed, bathtub rundown. Everything needs to be remodeled. They moved me to another room, which was fine. But still needs work.

Wifi signal very poor. Can´t work properly. Furniture and decoration a little too old, but kept in working conditions. Put more towels in the bathroom.

It was extremely dated facility and beyond that it doesn’t show like it gets proper maintenance and good cleaning, it’s poorly cleaned and the beds are old and hard and cheap. The fridge was so old you couldn’t open the door because it was stuck. The hair dryer would stop working every two minutes.

Location is the only plus of this hotel I think and the sense of security because it’s a proper hotel

I was not happy with the bathroom, faucet and knobs had rust, then back splash caulk was peeling off and moldy- we had to keep the air conditioning off because it was blowing a horrible sewage smell, we were two guest and only one small bottle of water was served.

Customer service and breakfast was excellent. As far far as the room I expected more quality for the price I paid.

All the staff were very friendly, welcoming and helpful. Loved the comfortable beds. Beautiful hotel grounds. Great location. Very safe. Walking distance to a new and beautiful food mall.
