Lovely hotel. Spacious rooms, great shower, beautiful pool. Both dinner and breakfast at the restaurant were excellent. Staff friendly. Airport shuttle was great.

Very convenient to the international airport, only a couple of kilometers away. No aircraft noise though. Staff were very friendly. Enjoyed the included breakfast buffet. Property is very clean; room A/C worked great, plenty of hot water with good pressure in the shower. Beds and bedding very confortable. Liked the swimming pool and the small bar. Parking lot is covered by security so no worries about our rental car. We also used the free hotel to airport shuttle.

Our air conditioner was not working properly. Maintenance came to look at it and told us they would be back in 5 minutes and never returned. Also drains were not draining well

It took forever to get through checking in. The process was agonizingly slow on a per-person basis. Transportation to and from the airport wasn't timely.

When I called the hotel staff member said shuttle service stopped at 10:00pm. According to a message I received from the hotel, the shuttle service stopped at 11:00pm.

Only one issue, the food ordered at the pool was not the greatest the quality is not up to par with the hotel. Room furniture a little dated.

Not able to get breakfast to go. Our flight left early in the morning and there wasn't time to eat at the buffet.

The most disappointing part was the breakfast itself as there were not many options, not even to drink. The food was decent, although not that Salvadoran quality that we get at most El Salvador hotels. Few people had to wait to be seated too when it got too full. Lastly the washing/drying room was out of service.

I loved the gym, the best and most complete in any hotel I've been in. I really like the design of the hotel, plus how there is a big pool in the middle and places to relax. I liked the restaurant designed breakfast room, although the breakfast itself needs much improvement. Most of the staff was courteous, the best of the best customer service. Cleaning and restaurant crew were great and attentive, the front desk staff was more on the downside, although still courteous and respectful. The room (double bed) was pretty spacious, with a table and no sofa, had tile instead of carpet. The fridge in our room was not working, no microwave, there was a lockable safe, and there was an open place to hang clothes and a to iron.

quality of food at the restaurant is average and options are not much. Air conditioning is old, makes a lot of noise and is close to the desk where I was working with my computer.

For the price we pay, I would want to see a more updated bathrooms and rooms. The hotel is very big and had only two elevators and one of them was out of order. So I had to take the stairs or walk for a very long time to get to my room.

It is very close to the airport so it was ideal for our early morning flight. I love that their breakfast starts at 5am all the way till 10am and it was a good breakfast. They have nice swimming pool to have that final dip before leaving the country.
