Our only complaint is that the cleaning staff talk very loud in the hallway outside our room beginning at 6:30am!! They woke us everyday. Please tell them to respect the guests and be quiet. We were in Salcoatitán Room.

The building is older but well taken care of with relatively new furniture in our room. The room is large and clean with clean sheets and towels.. Air-conditioning and wifi work well. The shower has hot water and good pressure, the best shower we have had in Central America so far. Breakfast is typical eggs, beans, plantains, buns and coffee but is good. Location is great, it's very safe to walk. There are a few restaurants and a grocery store within a couple of blocks and 1/2- 1 km away there are a lot of restaurants.

There were a lot of bugs, which makes sense since there is vegetation on property. However, I feel like they could've done more to try to prevent the bugs like bug deterrent torches. Or spraying the rooms with bug spray before a guest arrives.

Room was big, which was nice. Breakfast was good. Location is central which is also good. Friendly staff.

Booked a 2 bed apartment, however, the bathroom (and toilet) wlwere an ensuite off the main bedroom, meaning one of us had to walk through the other's bedroom to get access to the shower/toilet. Definitely a design flaw. Also, the apartment boasts a "private pool" this is however shared with the other apartments in the complex and is not private to the apartment itself. The pool was also cloudy so wasn't too appealing to get into. The "kitchenette" was very basic and might as well not existed.

Secure gated complex with staff available 24/7. Close to nice restaurants, bars, cafes and Supermarket. The rooms were clean and air con worked well. Shower pressure and temperature were good too.

It would be a good idea to provide extra blankets in the beds and a night lamp, beds were a little too firm but the place was nice!

There was a huge window on the side and the curtain didn't fully close, so we had to spend some time figuring out how to force it to close. This was "Tazumal Ruins" Room (evey room has a different name from a location around the country). Also the A/C although it was working took over an hour to actually cool the room.

That the person in charge to clean the pool was kind of rude and told us that we couldn’t use it for at least one hour, the main reason we stayed there was the pool and that was a waste of time, the staff offered us another pool but was crossing the street. At the end it took us a while to talk to the front desk who helped us out so we could use the pool earlier.

Most of the staff was kind and helpful, the food was not too much but it was good.

Need a little touch ups in a few things like, fix sinks draining, and it had a bad smell but pretty much that was it all.

I like it, very pleasant place, clean, good location, quiet, very friendly and helpful staff.

The shower head in the room leaked and wouldn't adjust but otherwise everything else was good.

The staff were friendly and helpful, Parking was easy and readily available, and it was close to all the attractions of the San Salvador Zona Rosa area. If you like bar hopping, it's a perfect location for it since it has so many bars in easily walkable distances. The hotel was older and could use some tlc but not complaining since it had air conditioning for people who can't handle the heat and also two rooms for my wife and I to let the children have their own room to sleep in. I will be returning again in the future.
