Awful, slow, inattentive service. We arrived just on time to check in but our room wasn't ready because workers were installing a new AC unit. The lobby/front desk area is difficult to find. The bathroom in the lobby had no toilet paper, and the staff didn't seem to care when we notified them. We could hear other hotel guests complaining about things such as their room key not working, no towels in the room, slow service, etc.

Walkable distance to the anthropology museum and artisan market. The swimming pool looked nice though it was too poorly lit for us to use. Hot water, mini-fridge, and microwave in the room.

We arrived a few hours early and although the room was ready they charged us $20 for early check-in. There were many restaurants in the area but we had to find them ourselves. There was no information about the area available. There was a garden attached to our room but the sparse furnishings were so dirty and unattractive that we never used the garden. We asked for NO housekeeping preferring to care for our own room for security reasons. However, there was housekeeping everyday and even so we still ran out of toilet paper. One day we had to put all our possessions into garbage bags because exterminators were coming. The exterminators or housekeepers left the garden door wide open allowing flying insects to get in. The same night we had NO water. Could not shower or flush the toilet. We reported it to the front desk but the problem was not resolved until the next day. The " free breakfast " offered only one choice. Take it or leave it. In summary, we would not stay here again, were sorry we did and would not recommend this property.

It's and old mansion with antique furniture and outdated facilities... seems more like a museum. Far, far from pictures: tiny little rooms, deluxe room? No clue what deluxe means, breakfast included? It's only one option... no phone to communicate with the front desk, TV didn't work properly... Dark walkways and rooms... Lack of amenities and toiletries... Real bad experience. BOOKING.COM needs to verify before approval of advertise a place.

The first room we got was not good. The door was broken and couldn't lock, we got another room. We found out later that the toilet was leaking and the bathroom was full of water every day. We didn't want to move again but told the staff, they didn't do much. Location a bit too far from the center. The breakfast is not nice, don't take it. It's not a buffet, it's just a typical breakfast (the same every day). Unless you book the suite, you won't be able to use the shared kitchen. In the description it says that they have this but this is false information because in any other room than the suite you can't use it... also the pool is not too nice. The garden has a few tables + chairs but nothing comfortable to sit at the pool

Towels are not switched out daily but every three days. No water pressure, pool is dirty, wifi completely fails you do I would recommend if you want to work remotely. The sheets are given just one with no comforter or blanket.

I had to walk across the street to eat at the restaurant, rooms don't have refrigerator, microwave or an iron. I had to ask staff 2/3 days several times to get an Xtra pillow...

Location is convenient, grounds were lush and clean, loved the AC and food was ok. The server at the restaurant was very accommodating, exhibited excellent customer service and we missed him on his day off.

I dislike the misleading information that there was a private pool when I booked my apartment. When you stay at the apartments, apparently you walk 1 block away to a gated condominium where there is no pool at all. So you'd have to walk back down the main street soaking wet after the pool or change before leaving. The main reason we booked this hotel was the pool and we didn't even go due to it being in a separate building a block away. The floors were swept but not mopped, my kids feet were black after 20 minutes of running around the apartment. There is no blanket on the beds, just a thin sheet. The location is good but there is better in Zona Rosa, and for the same price. This stood out for the pool which as mentioned above, wasn't what we expected. The apartments don't include breakfast,

The space in the apartment was very nice, and the kitchen/laundry was such a nice thing to have. Beds are comfortable and sheets were clean. Showers had hot water. Walking distance to anything you want, and you can have anything delivered in minutes with PedidosYa. Balcony was nice to have and sit outside. The A/C's all worked great and kept it cold in the apartment/rooms. They supplied plates, cups, utensils, etc. in the apartment. Staff members were kind.

The advertised restaurant’s menu didn’t reflect their offerings. When you order something it was not available. Other thing, the included breakfast in the menu showed a price. If you ordered another one with higher price, you would expect to be charged the difference, but you were charged full price. So the free breakfast disappeared. And finally the time the staff took to serve your order was excessive. One time I ordered just an orange juice from their fridge. They took so long, that I left with it. Like 35 minutes later I received a phone call from reception asking for me with the orange juice. I was already riding to another city and said I was late and my taxi was waiting for me to go.

It was one of the baddest Hotel I stayed at in my life they are not honest I booked deluxe king room and they give me different room doesn’t match my booking plus they told me check in at 12 and I come back at 1pm and my room wasn’t ready and I want out and I come back at night to get my room and they give me very dirty room in different location and I got almost two hours to get them understand this’s not my booking room and they told me take your money and go out and it was very late and I stayed coz I was tired but this’s not acceptable to charge me more for the room I chose and they give me very dirty room and different category

It was dirty, noisy, unkept, wifi was terrible, gross! I would have to constantly go out if the room to talk, or try to, wifi kept disconnecting, they wouldn't clean tbe room, nor change the linens, just horrific! And the BEST part, the reception lady, did NOT order the taxi for me to go to the airport at 5 am this morning! I get up, NO one at the reception to help me, and I am left scrambling like crazy at the last minute trying to get a ride to the airport! Despicable! DO NOT STAY THERE!

Better leaned room.

The place was very dirty. I had to request to change because the forst room was dorty also the bath tub was clowed and there were no toiletries. When i was hange into a different room And they took me to the room there was a big roach in the courtin, so they have to take me to a third room that was dirty also. I notice. Stains on the white bed linen also a empty can of soda on the trashcan in the living room.the staff was great tho. But totally disappointed of the cleaning.
