The shower can be improved to allow to better accommodate the water. The edge of the tub can be raised should this be done it would be greatly enhanced.

The location is good. There are several businesses in the area and many places to go to eat and shop.

Furnishings need to be replaced in the units. Drapery has served its time and needs to be replaced updated. Quite some noise to the back of the hotel (fighting / mating cats). Front desk can be opened earlier than it does presently. Guest may needs some practical assistance prior to departure / heading out for the days activities.

Location is very convenient. Many choices available in walking distance. Close to many restaurants, several grocery stores and a variety of other stores /businesses. Close to the airport. Units are very spacious. A full kitchen is ideal for long stays but even for short stays. Bathroom is also very spacious and lots of counter space.

It is outdated compared to the Simpson bay resort I stayed at last time. The WiFi wasn’t that good and the tv the living room was small and there are no TVs in the bedroom.

it was close to the beach and a lot of nice places to eat with good food. They room itself was very big and the kitchen with dishes was a plus.

Location was good, and the staff 2 brothers were great. We had issue with safe, the desk clerk came right away and ended up changing it immediately. Very pleasant and helpful.

They authrorize your card before your arrival. It would've been good to have been given a heads up. Upon check in we were sent to our room before the room was ready. We had to get a room.change due to the tiles coming out in the bedroom area. Rooms need to be updated

The place wasn't clean from the lobby center table in waiting are, table was dusty i could write my name. The elevator rug was dirty. The second floor entrance to park was unpleasant and getto. In my room upon entering its was hot 🔥 the AC wasn't on.there was dishes in the dish drainer from previous guess dishes shoul be put away and dish drainer should be empty. My bathroom 🛁shower curtain was dirty and stained with soap 🧼 scum,that shower Curtain was very dirty with built up of soap splatter. Two bed was in the room and one bed was leaning on the side slightly beds 🛌 need throwing out. Please need a vigorous immediate renovation/ upgrading...the pictures on the website looks beautiful and are deceiving but seeing it in real with your eyes it like wow disappointed. Kay Kha
