Staff seemed unhappy, poor sunbed allocation policy, 2 music’s playing simultaneously, no posh restaurant for dinner,room tucked in a corner, kitchen smells in dark corridor to room

Check in counter staff was very friendly and accommodating but the check out staff was a little rude. I forgot to get the name but she was rude but maybe she woke up at the wrong side of the bed that morning. Hope they can train the staff to be more friendly.

I like the breakfast. Bed is very comfortable. Room is very clean. Location is very good. Nice place to stay. Nice view from the room.

No beach.

The newly built hotel is positioned at the end of Maho Beach. The structure is not too high, lovely designed and fitted rooms. Excellent food and services. Had delicious steak dinner. Very tasty and tender. Quality of the training of staff and the hospitality received is of a noticeable high level. Very good, but pricey.

The fact that I have a question on my hotel bill as it seems there was a double payment, and no one gets back to me. Not through the booking.com app and not through email directly to the hotel. I hope this gets resolved soon, otherwise I will not be back.

The mirror placement was not useful. Would have been much better IN the bedroom. The bathroom needed many more SAFETY updates. I especially did not like the type of shower door used. Much prefer closed shower doors.

The room and view were very good. The sound proofing was excellent and much appreciated. The Salt restaurant was very nice and the wait staff were excellent. The presentation of the food was lovely and the drinks were delicious and pretty. We appreciated the nightly Specials of food and entertainment.

prices, slow service, no particular room service. restaurant and Bar close way too early. No exciting entertainment at nights. it is 24 hour dining, which is not true.

The resort is on a dead end road near the airport. It was a dangerous walk to get past the beach and over to any shops or restaurants off site.

Beautiful facility. Pampered by the staff. Delicious restaurant.

A/C unit was broken when we arrived and there was no way to reset it. The staff did their best to respond but it took hours to get the room to a comfortable temperature, and for the price we paid, we felt there should have been more consideration for our discomfort. Also, the motion sensor in the bathroom is set so that the lights go out if you are in the shower or on the toilet for more than a few minutes, which is super annoying at night!

Service. Hotel offered airport shuttle, however when was trying to arrange time - did not get confirmation. Hotel is a bit far from restaurants area, so need to take a taxi.

A property in convenient location by the airport, so convenient after a long flight. has a nice swimming pool area. Premium room was spacious.

Firstly, I didn’t like that you don’t get a complementary drink upon arrival, most properties we’ve been to have done this . We didn’t like that the AC is not fully controlled by the room but centralized system by the property,we kept calling to turn it on because we were really hot at one point.To get on and off the property is a bit of an inconvenience sometimes, for example, if you’re going on a date night, I would be recommended to take a cab off the property, if not, you will probably get sand water in your shoes .I also felt like for the price, upgrading rooms should include a tub. Overall a beautiful property, but I do believe that they should have an all inclusive option.

We like the pool, hot tub (by pool area),location, the shower and the balcony. We ate mostly off the property, but we did order room service and it was really good.

Great property in St. Martin it a very beautiful, clean , the staff is very good, we enjoyed staying at The Morgan Resort Spa & Village . Everything was excellent we will return again.
