I like the secluded feeling of being at the end of the bay, but it’s also close enough to walk down the beach or bike the road back to the shopping areas.

This place works more like a VRBO but you do have cleaning services daily. Excellent location you will need to buy groceries for breakfast, the beach is a paradise you have cjhairs and umbrellas available just bring your beach towel down and wallaa...also there is a beach restaurant next to the property with service to your beach chair. Personal was lovely it is a relax atmosphere units are large and comfy

The hot tub wasn't very warm. That's about it!

Incredible oceanfront location on Grace Bay. One of the last properties on the beach, which offered more peace and quiet than being in the thick of the resorts, while still being close enough to restaurants and town. Beach chairs were readily available at all times, as were umbrellas, floats, etc. We never felt crowded. Our condo was very clean, tastefully decorated and well-equipped. We were thrilled with our experience!

Prior to my trip departure I forwarded questions to The Tuscany staff and was met with expedient responses and authentic professional recommendations. At arrival we (my party) were welcomed with a warm greeting and tour of the grounds. We were provided with a cellular, keys, codes and other essentials to make our stay/mode of local communication seamless. I have not been met with a local cellular during a stay before. Hands down it was the most wonderful, tranquil vacation yet. The rooms, grounds, pool, beach accommodation stellar. Thank you to all the staff encountered (front office, managers, house engineers, painters, security), customer service was essential to the experience. The property is luxe and very well maintained. The condos are spacious and you do NOT feel crowded in the least. I didn't just like, I loved all that was offered. Thank you!

The Tuscany is a premiere villa on Grace Bay. All rooms are ocean front and well appointed. The villa is 1.5 miles from the Grace Bay downtown area so we opt to have a car rental. All in all a great vacation spot.

Suite was spacious and elegant. All the amenities you'd need. Wonderful, expansive views of the beach and ocean. Staff went out of the way to ensure we were wanting nothing. Can't say enough about staying at the Tuscany.

There is nothing to not like!

The location is perfect, literally steps away from the beach. There is no breakfast or dinner on this property but walking distance are Rickies, you could walk on the beach up to Rickies which serves lunch and dinner. And a little walk across from the hotel over the main road at the golf course there is a restaurant there, serving breakfast and lunch. So you really not missing much from the hotel not serving breakfast and dinner. Most are walking distance. The property is exceptionally beautiful. Rooms are spacious, clean and have everything you need to make your vacation relaxing and fun. The staffs are so AMAZING. They go above and beyond to make sure you are well taken care of. Very attentive to your needs. I had one of the most amazing vacation ever! I celebrated my 40th birthday there and they couldn't have made it more memorable. I had the best time at The Tuscany. I'm definitely going back there. I can't thank the staffs enough!! :)

Very well taken care of property. Staff did an excellent job cleaning up post hurricane, checking us in and helping us get to the room and situated. Room was beautiful and well stocked with the kitchen basics. We walked the beach everyday, both directions. There was no other hotel with as nicely groomed beach front as the Tuscany, including the Ritz. No seaweed, and many hotels did not clean up the beach front. Just beautiful.

Just a little far from most Grace Bay restaurants/shops. Either plan to do a lot of walking (which we did, and didn't mind), or have a rental car to get around.
