早餐選擇太少，不過蠻好吃的

整體的舒適度很高，再加上房間都備有調香師調製的精油，所以整體給人非常放鬆的感覺！ 晚餐很豐富！ 不論是中式還是西式甚至是海鮮拼盤，都非常傑出！

OThe hotel was leafy, clean, and quiet. The location was remote and the surroundings were silent. Amazingly thoughtful room design and facilities, with ocean view from every French window.The pool in the room is amazing, with beautiful views. The public pool had areas with shade, making it possible to use even when the sun is at its brightest. Pool drink service is very good and the mocktails are superb.The beach is very nice and not crowded at all, which could admire the spectacular sunset everyday. The hotel staff was very good. Every staff member is patient, considerate, and will help with all issues. Our flight is at night, and the hotel kindly extended the check-out time for us. We had a very good week here and no doubt we will be back here again for a holiday. 酒店位于美丽的纳泰海滩，完全不同于巴东的喧闹，这片海滩非常漂亮和安静。我们入住了海滨三居室的别墅，房间外面就是私人泳池和壮观的海景，达到海滩只需要几步路。酒店的私人沙滩人非常少，每天都可以看到壮观的落日。酒店的房间非常宽敞，每天提供免费的饮用水，服务也非常棒。所有的工作人员都礼貌并且有耐心，帮助我们解决了核酸检测在内的所有问题。因为我们航班是晚上，酒店经理非常贴心的为我们延长了退房时间。酒店的餐饮也非常棒，我们入住了一周，一直都在酒店餐厅用餐。泰国菜和西方菜都做得非常美味，早餐的品种很多，每天都提供特殊的饮品。这是目前我在泰国住过的最棒且性价比最好的酒店。

于2023年1月入住

首先服務非常糟糕，員工做事懶散得過且過！ 1. 通知客房清潔等了2小時，結果房間內的泳池及庭院休憩區落葉都沒有清理。 2. 飯店人員在介紹房間時，發現泳池SPA按鈕故障，一句簡單sorry帶過，沒有主動通知報修，事後我要求修理或更換房間，等了一整個下午，遲遲才來修理，隔天一早發現按鈕依然無法使用，原來根本沒修理好，飯店也沒有向我回報和說明。 3. 加購漂浮早餐，飯店人員在擺設時不小心將牛奶灑到麵包可頌那盤裡，一句簡單sorry帶過，而不是立馬更換一盤全新的，非常糟糕。 再來是booking.com的網頁顯示有中文服務人員以及腳踏車租借，我才選擇訂購此飯店，到現場才發現沒有中文人員也沒有腳踏車租借，溝通困難，住宿起來相當沒有安全感，且飯店位置偏僻沒有任何外送服務，沒有小賣部，貌似飯店內的禮品店還沒開，飯店整體呈現荒廢的感覺，非常令人失望，完全不值這個房價！
