The hotel is quite well located (downtown) next to all main touristic attractions. Rooms are clean, spacious and quiet. Personel was nice and ready to help anytime. Overall, great price for the quality of services!

Had problems shortly after check in, no remote control for the air con and fridge was not cleared leaving a bad smell and so I couldn't use it. There is window but can't be opened as is at common balcony area but at least one can get natural sunlight. First room I was shown did not have windows.

Large room and good air conditioning. Location is central and the reception lady who works day shift is very helpful and patient despite not speaking English. There is also English tv channels.

It looked they had not cleaned the room (dorm) that day but was still acceptable clean, lower bed was at the floor level which was a bit weird but still comfortable

Positives: Good location which is close to the Citadel and Panjshanbe Bazaar. Air conditioning worked. Had a refrigerator. The bed and towels were pretty clean.

No english spoken. Had some problem explaining the name of the hotel to the sahred taxi driver as only the Russian spelling is provided in booking. It is called Kheson and can be confused with another hotel called Ehson.

Very good location on a main road. Underpass in front of hotel building leads to History museum, old fort and Park. Hotel itself is located on the first floor of a building which has a supermarket on the ground floor and a restaurant with a wide variety of food in the basement Polite staff trying to help A voucher is provided in the morning for breakfast in the restaurant in the basement Free wifi was available - I thought it would not.

Nice, spacious and clean room with AC in central location, very helpful staff. Breakfast was at a canteen-style stolovaja in the basement. Wide variety of warm and cold components, but more on the heavy side. Best accomodation so far during my Tajikistan trip!

Nothing to dislike but a bedside lamp would be a useful addition.

Ideal location, walking distance to all the sights. The accommodation looked new, and it was clean, light and well furnished, including a fridge and efficient a/c. Good shower pressure, plenty of hot water, large bath towel, comfortable bed. Whilst little English was spoken we managed with the use of Google translate, and help with getting a cheap taxi on the morning of departure was much appreciated.

No one can speak english here. has to use google translate. Price of the room quite expensive for the room you get. Breakfast is a coupon for downstair food outlet with limit of 20 som. Room window is actually only connected to hallway not to outside. No aircond remote control provided. Has to share with other bedroom. It switch off in the mid night then we are not able to switch it on since we have return the remote control to other room. Shower drain semi clogged.

Great hotel in Khujand! Perfect location near many restaurants and attractions. Nice little grocery store just in front of the hotel. The staff was really nice and helpful. They gave me an upgrade on my room, which was really kind and unexpected. Room was super clean with a comfy bed and furniture.

Beautiful hotel, with tastefully faded glory, grand, regal rooms; spacious, clean, and comfortable; with professional and courteous staff, who were very helpful to me. I enjoyed a very restful stay here, as a business traveler with several days in the city. There are shops, ATMS, and restaurants immediately outside, as well as a store where you can get a SIM card, making this a very convenient entry point into Tajikistan. I highly recommend.
