We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

GermanyThey said the credit card machine didn't work. I insisted on card payment, and the next day it worked. The breakfast was mainly breads already topped with meaty stuff. Hardly any vegan/vegetarian options. The room I got first was terrible. It was on the upper floor, small, hot and stuffy, only a tiny window on the ceiling, (and kind of a window to the staircase which was lit all night, so it was very bright in my room at night) and dark walls. It made me feel very uncomfortable. I asked for another room the next day though and it was no problem to change. The second room was 100% different and really nice.
Location is good. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Everything is very clean.

SingaporeI came for good Wi-Fi but it broke and was not immediately fixed. I chose this and not the more popular and cheaper competitor as the Wi-Fi was supposed to be good. I think when the Wi-Fi works it is good, so maybe it was my bad luck. Breakfast was decent but could be better.
Room was great and very comfortable. Great view of the mountains. Had a fridge, electric kettle and TV. Pretty good location. Staff were friendly and helpful. some spoke a bit of English. Seems to have a local / regional business oriented crowd

United KingdomLocation wise it is a little way from the centre (non Russian/ Tajik speakers… I would recommend downloading the local taxi app and putting it into English) The bath/ shower/ space shuttle contraption was a bit of a nightmare to work!
The room was huge and the bed was comfortable. Everyone who worked there was super friendly and one guy in particular had excellent English!

United StatesI wasn't able to pay with a credit card (even though it said I could online). Also, the hotel is hardly deluxe. My top floor room featured a ceiling full of water marks, and a bizarre shower with decaying equipment. Fridge unplugged and a pain in the butt to plug in. They also run a bit of a scam that you essentially pay the same price as booking but they 'upgrade' you. They should just advertise the normal prices online.
Reception staff was friendly and nice, and provided some advice about where to go to get a cell phone. Seemed confused about getting money from the cash machine (what I needed to know was that you need to use Halyk Bank for Mastercard). Reasonably well appointed room. There may not be a better option in Khujand.

The hotel is present in a prime location and is easily accessible from the main sights and the border. The rooms and bathrooms were clean, well-equipped, and had all modern amenities. TajikistanWe stayed three nights and were supposed to have a free complementary breakfast, but that never worked out. We slept in and skipped it the first day. On the second day, the power went out in the building, so there was no breakfast. The management said that the power would be back on shorty, but it was off for several hours, so our room became freezing cold. Power was on in the buildings next door and across the street, so I suspect that hotel management had not paid the electricity bill. The third day we left the hotel early and were never compensated for being inconvenienced.
The room was spacious and clean, and the staff were friendly. The location was fine because it was away from the noisy city center. There were some nice restaurants within walking distance, and the food was good.

SwitzerlandThis is a fairly basic hotel, with no frills. The toilet in my bathroom was running every time I flushed, so I had to remove the reservoir lid and fix it manually every time. The water ran out once when I showered. There is no lamp on the bedside tables, so if you want to read before sleep, you will have to go and switch off the ceiling light. The breakfast is very basic, and one morning they packed away everything before we finished.

RussiaIt was totally overpriced. The hotel intentionally increased the price of the suit in order to make additional money on the rush of tourists. This is absolutely unfair and vile. Interiors were tasteless and pretentious. Breakfast was poor and unvaried. The staff was not very helpful and tried to trick me with money one time.
The suit was spacious with two big rooms and kitchen. Every day cleaning. Nice view on the city and a bit of mountains.

United Kingdomno complaints just a bit far from the city but a 10/15 min walk. however there a lot of restaurants and shops nearby.
although a 10-15 min walk from the centre and thus away from the sites and transport options on the other side of the river, I don’t regret staying here as the hotel is fantastic value for money, fantastic facilities and breakfast, helpful staff . plus you can pay by card (visa only) which is rarity in this region.
