I went to the reception I asked the guy that if you have clothes iron, he said we have no iron and you have to bring your clothes ironed!!!!!! Then said we have one worker comes at night bring his one, so we might ask for it !!!! I was not happy with this, I left him and then decided to leave this hotel it was in the morning early, however, I came again to reception I said I don’t want to continue my second night here, please refund me, he ignored me and said nothing to do with this booking meaning no changeable so I took my family and I went to
another hotel with upset mood.
