We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

We are delighted and grateful for the staff professionalism, their attention and availability. In addition the food was delicious and the rooms were very clean. United Arab Emiratesthe room was too cold and the heater was not enough. the hotel in general looks very old. breakfast was not that good. there is no elevator so we had to carry our luggage to the third floor which was terrible.
There is actually very few hotels in that area, the hotel was fair compared to the price, staff were nice. the pool looked very nice but we did not use as we visited in December which was too cold.

After a long drive, I was worried what kind of hotel I would find as it was a remote location. However this hotel was such a pleasant surprise. Excellent food, clean and comfortable bed and bathroom. No issues what so ever. I highly recommend this place.
