I liked that the bed was very comfortable and the room is very clean. Staff are friendly, food variety is good for breakfast and Dinner.

During dinner at the restaurant, the waiter attempted deception by claiming the water wasn't complimentary. When I requested a receipt for the water, he stated none was available. Eventually, he suggested considering it free if I couldn't pay. Such conduct is inappropriate and amounts to theft.

The hotel was comfortable overall. Employees were friendly and helpful. Location was perfect and close to touristic spots. Food was good but there could be more varieties. Animation and music were good.

Clean and well maintained hotel. The main pool is big with many activities and games to play and music during the day. The other pool is located on the side of the hotel, ideal for people preferring more private and quiet spaces. Beach is around 3min walk from the hotel. There are sun beds available. Water activities are available at the beach at additional cost. Good variety of tasty food, however the dining room gets very crowded and sometimes there’s no clean table to sit at. For all inclusive, there is a possibility to book a dinner at two other restaurants (Moroccan and Mediterranean) located in hotel Solaris and Diar Lemdina, which is also amazing options for people wanting to explore ever larger variety of cuisines. Hotel rooms are clean and spacious. Most rooms have nice view of either main or side pool. The rooms are cleaned daily and towels are changed every day. To sum up, the hotel is great and would definitely recommend the stay. Both people who are looking for quiet holidays or those who prefer more active holidays would enjoy their vacations.

the food was super delicious and quantity was very good. but some of the other guests at the hotel kind of got too excited about the food and took much more than they could ever eat. so it resulted into a lot of food waist. more supervision on the food serving could help this issue be resolved

the staff were very nice. particularly there was a receptionist called Noura who was incredibly nice and gave us a very good room and was always making sure that we enjoy our stay.

Not totally responsibility of the hotel but beware of the tour operators, they will harass you all day. Avoid the camel tour, these poor animals are being tortured. we were shocked when we went on spot; really pity. the tour operators will sell you dreams but in reality, far far from the photos.

Hotel Facilities, food open buffet, Staff were very nice, offered complimentary dinner at nearby restaurant; animations every night.

The animation at evenings could be better. Parts of the hotel are older and need maybe some renovation.

- Expensive (120€) private car transportation (2ways) service from Tunis airport. - Location is 10 min walking to Medina. - Room was very old constructed. - Toilet very old fashion with old tiles and the curtains in the shower smells bad and the water pressure is very low. - the room had only 2 electricity sockets. - the light inside the room is very bad only 2 lamps. - wifi signal is so week. - food quality in general is average

This is a very low one-star...It should be rated 0.. (It's ridiculous that Booking.com states 3.0 but they control this). The hotel had nice grounds but it is very very outdated (1980s). The entire surrounding area looks like an empty concrete bombsite, the hotel WiFi signal is so bad it's very difficult to go online anywhere. I arrived late evening, reception told me to sit in an exceptionally noisy 'bar' (where there was a deafening parade of loud drummers posing as entertainment). Did not want to check me in, even though it was 8.30 pm. Took 20 minutes to get them to do check in. The rarely sighted local taxis have to be hailed from sidewalk and have no seat belts, and drivers may not speak English. The food is so bad you have to look for other restaurants, but there are no attempts to help use local bus services, or provide taxis or just a local map. The bed was great but the rooms were freezing and heating did not work so very cold and damp. I got sick on Day 1. Some disreputable staff will (and do) overcharge for incidentals. Appalling food /beverages, nothing is ever hot and seafood/fish was not fresh. On the whole, it's a lot of ultra highly processed, pseudo Western food, (white bread, pasta, sugary sodas), beverages are disgusting: cheapest processed coffee and terrible luke warm tea, mint tea has no mint, just sugar, no edible fresh fruit, truly awful desserts. 60 feet away is a trash-filled beach with very poor/no facilities. The indoor (hot) pool was crammed with kids under 5 (unsupervised by parents) and there were five babies in nappies!! You have to pay US$200 for spa treatments to get a chance to use indoor pool in non busy times. Apart from massage, spa is mostly a total rip off. Outdoor entertainment unbearably loud and intrusive. The disco will make it even worse, and impossible to sleep. Staff are always implying whatever service they render - even though they are employed to do it - requires a tip...

People wake up early and the first thing they do is to save a sun longer by placing a towel on it. Then they go and leave the lounger unoccupied. So, sometimes it can be difficult to find one when the majority of them are empty but being "saved" for later. There was a toilet leak that we mentioned at reception and it was not fixed, so we had a puddle of water in the toilet all the time. On our last day we decided to have a la carte lunch. The quality of the food was awful and they took an hour and a half to serve a dish of pasta and a dish of lamb cutlet. . We had to cancel one dish as we were in a rush to go to the airport. The waiter wasn't happy with us about the cancellation and showed no empathu that we had been waiting for an hour and a half to be served. To top it up, when we paid the bill they didn't bring us the change. And we had to ask for it, which was really embarrassing. The waiter said he didn't give us the change because he didn't have any change at all so he decided to take all the money and that was it for him

Taking into account how big the hotel is the buffet is good as there is a big variety of food and its well presented and good quality. The room was spacious and clean.

The staff was incredibly nice and doing their jobs in a great way, the all inclusive package contained more than I expected, the room was perfectly clean, the entertainment great both on the beach and the pool, the hotel smelled great! Also the spa I can say all the best things. All in all, I am more than satisfied and would come back gladly as I would warmly reccomend this hotel!

The facilities, the variety of food and especially how nice the food was. We were definitely surprised about the food, the selection of food for breakfast lunch and dinner was just truly great. The location is great as there are many things around. The sizing of the rooms were great and clean. the staff were incredible. we can’t even explain how nice and helpful they were! The staff had made this trip one of the best trips we had yet. Would recommend this hotel to anyone and everyone, can’t thank the place enough foaming this trip great.
