First of all, the receptionist man was very lazy and nonproficinal. Second . dorin all the afternoon the Air conditioning is closed because of the electricity bill as they say . Third. they asked us for extra money to use the swimming pool. Forth . the breakfast it was the cheapest and worst meal I had ever eaten it in my life .

The hotel was a 15-20 minute walk from the beach which was OK with me but may be a bit too far for someone else.

A clean well managed hotel with a full range of services. A nice pool, great breakfast, large room with all amenities. Staff friendly and helpful. Transportation available nearby. Grey value for the money. I will definitely be back.

We loved Hotel Bougainvillier! A direct beach access is the only thing that’s missing. This is nothing negative though, we were well aware of this when booking and the short walk didn’t bother us. I can really recommend this hotel!

Hotel Bougainvillier is a gem hidden in the middle of the all-inclusive giants. This cozy and calm hotel is perfect for everybody who wants to get away from the big crowd. We just loved it! The hotel is very nicely decorated with lots of beautiful art. It’s very clean, the beds are comfortable and the pool is a delight. The breakfast is delicious and the restaurant offers nice meals for lunch and dinner es well. It’s very nice to have a drink in the patio by the pool in the evening. There is a mini-market just around the corner and Djerba Explore is a short walk away. The beach is also just 8 minutes walk away. It’s very easy to catch a cab just outside of the hotel if you want to go anywhere.

Staff (security guards included) very attentive and accommodating. Breakfast was good too. I was happy of how clean the hotel and its rooms were, all was cleaned daily. Happy with the food options - compliments to the chef. Great value for location. Merci M. Nassar, I had an excellent stay.

Very unfriendly staff. They couldn’t answer any of our questions. One of the more expensive stays of our trip and definetly the worst. Only the chef and doorman were friendly. Room didn’t get cleaned the second day, no extra toilerpaper. No towels to take to the beach. Breakfast looked like it had already been eaten. After our first night we did everything to stay away from this hotel as much as possible. They don’t know what they are doing. Very expensive drinks, menu from bar not updadated to current prices (doubled). Don’t book this hotel!

Very expensive for what it is. The staff is not professional: When we book for the 1,5 price for the same event (electronic fest), we suppose that the hostel will do a free service (the hostel owner say that it will be done but nothing was done) The water in the washroom is yellow ! We can not enter to the hostel with a water bottle because they have water, said the guardian.

the staff was not professional, the cleaning lady opened the door while i was naked in the room without my permission. They brought us food while we were sleeping and opened the door again without our permission. There was no AC in the reception. The location was not correct in the google maps and the staff were aware of it and didn’t change it and make it clear for the visitors
