Nice affordable hotel, on walking distance to Medina and other sights. Professional and helpful staff. Very comfortable bed and nice and quiet sleep at night.

Unfortunately, when it comes to cleanliness, it was possible to come across other people's hair on the dirt floor even the first day we entered the room. Breakfast was not very sufficient too.

The staff were willing and eager to help. Hotel security was high. The hotel bar was good and prices were reasonable. The size of the room was good.

We stayed 3 nights in 2 connected rooms. In fact we enjoyed our stay very much and would be happy to come back again. The hotel is nice, clean, well organized. There's a WiFi (although not very reliable). Our beds were comfortable. The bathroom was clean and large. The view was into the street and parking lot, but there was no noise from outside. There's a free water and tea/coffee in the room. The location is not bad, easy walking from the center. The neighboring streets are not necessarily very nice, but all city is like this. We did not take the breakfast, there's a very nice and cheap sweet shop and cafeteria just across the street to have some local experience. There are some reviews which indicate that the bed sheets are not changed between the guests, so we carefully checked this upon arrival and they might indeed be true. Not sure why, as the towels for example get changed every day.... There's a nice ZOO nearby that is open, the botanical garden next to the hotel looks permanently closed (even for transit walk to the ZOO).

Just a small issue which may not bother others. No AC or window in bathrooms, was gasping for air by the time i showered due to heat and steam

Bed and pillows are very very comfortable. Im usually a bad sleeper but had restful nights of sleep here. Staff are nice as well. Parking on the property is safe and spaces are always available.

Friendly stuff, Spa was excellent thanks to the very nice and super friendly stuff who works there, it’s really worth the money 😊 Gym was good, small but do the job as machines are new: treadmill, bike, weights.. Room is average but still good for the price

A/C temperature control had lowest setting of only 20C, room therefore got quite warm on 3rd night (it was raining and overcast the first 2 nights) and would be unbearable in summer. Opened window, but had to close it shortly after because of mosquitoes and loud noise from HVAC system in back of hotel.

Breakfast was OK. Staff very friendly and told me about "BOLT" app (like UBER, but only works with cash) for super cheap taxi rides. Wish I had known about it before getting ripped off by taxi driver at TUN airport. Ride should be about 10-15 Tunisian dinars and take about 15 minutes.

The place was nice and comfy. The location is good for a business trip. Not far from medina and close to a green area. Staff is really friendly. Room had all necessities.

Toilet didn't flush very well; housekeeping take your towels while you are at breakfast but don't replace them straight away - so, you come back from breakfast and you have no towels in the room!

Friendly and helpful staff, good shower in room, good breakfast. The hotel is a twin with the adjoining Tulip Hotel which has a good restaurant.

-Tried to update my booking but it wasn’t poss They said it needs to be done on booking.com and I sent a message with no reply. I had to pay for a double room while I stayed alone as I wasn’t able to update it. -Away from the good attractions: sidi bouseid, for me it was overpriced given that. -The floor was not clean, the soap smiled bad

Some towels are worn out and it looks like it's time to do renovation in bathrooms. Also the bedsheet in our room was too small for the size of the double bed.

Good value for money. The rooms are big, no issues with shower/hot water. Breakfast was included in our rate, that was also a nice touch. The breakfast is simple, but it is nice that you can get a freshly made omelet.

The showerhead was not fully functional, and the lighting in the bathroom could have been better. The hotel offers a breakfast buffet, but it was overpriced for what we would want to eat in the morning.

Our room was a good size. Staff were welcoming and friendly. We had a lovely hamman and scrub at the spa, and it was priced very reasonably.
