When i book it mentioned sea view but i didn’t get the see view nor pool view. The room was little far

The buffet was varied but the quality of food very poor, we can find sometimes damages salads or tomatoes or fruits. The beach in front of the hotel was not clean, we walked a little bit in the right to find a better beach but not so good.

The staff was very kind, the pool large and clean although there is so much people inside, the staff cleans the room every day during our stay

Waiters at the restaurant are not as good as the other staff at the hotel, they treat the customer very badly that is really annoying.

Food bad smell/odour all over the hotel, never found like this in any hotel. They keep the kitchen and dining door open and there is no enough ventilation. Staffs may be used to with that bad odour but anybody come from outside-it’s just too bad. Kitchen staff are not friendly at all. I’m one occasion they refused to sit on window side as we are two and that table is for 4, no single table for two by the window side. Huge language barrier among all staffs even on front desk. Room amenities quite old and not in perfect order and condition. Did not even provide a bottle of water in the room. I’m a world traveler, I recommend to learn the good hotel business from other good hotels.

We chose that hotel for many reasons: children friendly, equipped with sliders water park and also they provide children’s show program. Due to the Covid situation around the world, I hesitated before booking my stay but then in the last minute I decided to take it, to don’t penalize my kids furthermore since they did not go on vacation for more than one year. But It was completely bad experience; which started from the beginning since during check-in we have been informed that our stay was all inclusive ‘soft’ that was not mentioned in the booking, when I inquired about the reason I have been informed that for locals and North Africans they don’t include the alcohol in the package while other nationalities are entitled to a ‘full’ all inclusive which I consider discriminatory. - During our entire stay we couldn’t manage to find an umbrella and deckchair in the pool since all of them were ‘confiscated’ by other guests without even using them for the entire day just occupied by their belongings without any intervention from the hotel staff. Slider water: the entire day occupied by over-excited adults which was extremely unsafe for kids : no dedicated time for kids The show scene extremely dark by night my son stumbled he got injured nil assistance from the hotel, I had to take him to the clinic by my self and his vacation ended the first day . I booked two rooms with 3 single beds each but we got 1 room with only 2 beds and the second one with 3 beds. In the booking it was mentioned that I have to pay by international credit card in euro but during Check-In they converted the fees to local currency for payment. No parking spots available. Most of the staff were doing their best but were overwhelmed, hotel overcrowded, nil social distancing, looks more emergency hospital than hotel If you are looking for the quality and safety just avoid !
