Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

ItalyThe hotel is very nice and furnished in typical style. Our room was small but very clean and comfortable. The staff was very kind and helpful. It’s not very close to the beach, but you can reach it in 10 minutes driving (there is no private parking, but you can easily find a spot near by) . Breakfast was very good.

PolandAlthough internet is indeed available throughout the hotel, its speed leaves much to be desired. Often, I even had to switch to mobile internet to send whatsapp messages. But this is the only drawback.

United KingdomI was made to feel very welcome by the staff, both before I arrived via messages, and once I was there. Eya at the reception was lovely and friendly, and had perfect answers to all my questions. My room was so comfortable, and immaculately clean. The person responsible for the cleaning is doing an excellent job, and the common areas around the hotel were also very well kept. The design of the room is good because although it is not a massive space it had everything necessary, presented very well and with style. There's even a little shelf by the bed to put your phone on when it's charging, which was a thoughtful touch. The cosy cushioned alcove is cute too. The breakfast was a very full tray of different sweet and savoury foods, plus fresh orange juice and coffee. It was very delicious and filling. Thank you to all of the team for creating a beautiful place to stay, and helping me to create a happy memory of Midoun.

FranceOur room was close to the lobby with people smoking so we could smell the smoke into our room. Even after opening the windows but not for long since how warm it was, we could still smell the smell of the cold cigarette.
The room was clean as the hotel, we had a nice stay and the breakfast were good. The staff were really nice and welcoming. The hotel was right in the middle of the city, next to the Souk which was really nice.

NetherlandsSmoking in reception area can be smelled in guest rooms. The same area also acts as an echo chamber. You can hear staff checking guests in or having chats between each other. There was also an issue with using a credit card to book through Booking. I got strange messages to say ‘verify the card’ using a QR code but also that it was a scam. When you are actually at the hotel they ask you to pay cash and it turns out the direct booking rate is half of the Booking rate.
