We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

TunisiaIt was very Tunisian/Algerian and was less set up for international guests. The food was 100% local which isn't bad, but isn't a big variety. The hotel was in good shape, but doesn't feel like it's had a facelift or investment into it in a very long time.
I really like that it was remote and in the mountains. I didn't get to enjoy the pool and hot springs, but I imagine that those are the main draw for folks that come.

Tunisiadid the ORL pack for message, recommend the eucalyptus one and the salty water for nose only, the rest of the pack was uneeded and weird. The area is extremely empty around the hotel, which forced us to have dinner in the hotel with high price (a buffet though)
