Nothing that was didn’t like exactly but a few things that could be done to just make it even better. For example, it was really hot in our room (on the side so in the sun for almost the entire day) and it would have been nice to be able to use the air conditioning bit it wasn’t on! The gym is really nice but almost all of the equipment is designed for a tall man and is not adjustable to be used by a woman, very frustrating! There weee quite a few large empty landing areas where it would be nice to have some comfortable seating as somewhere to read or chat. There is a large area of waste land to the side of the hotel which could be utilised for so many things, a kids play area, an outdoor gym, crazy golf, a running or cycle track, so many options which would give the hotel an edge for things to do also. The jacuzzi in the pool area isn’t really big enough for the size of hotel and only runs for limited hours - same as the sauna which is really disappointing it would be nice if the pool had some times when it was adults only to allow for proper swimming.

Staff were excellent, great value for money and the food was mostly excellent, amazing selection of different options for breakfast and dinner.

The pool opened at 7am but the towel attendant wasn’t available until 9am. At times the pool was very busy with children who were jumping in and being disruptive, the life guard told them to stop but they ignored him and so he gave up, he didn’t tell them again. Some adult only sessions would be a good idea when it’s only the indoor pool open. The room was comfortable but very hot and with no way to cool it down.

Staff were excellent, especially the housekeeping manager for our area (her name was pronounced wee-em but I don’t know how it was spelt) she was very attentive, helpful and friendly. The meals were excellent and all the waiting staff very good. We have booked to come back in March.

Some of the leisure activities were not working, this was the jacuzzi it was one of the reasons we booked the hotel for.

The entertainment staff were brilliant as were the kitchen staff, always trying to get you involved and making sure you are catered for.

We stayed for 3 days and even though the first thing I did was go to the spa to book massages, there were no slots available. At the same time, there is no bathtub, only a rain shower, this it's difficult to wash yourself and basically impossible to bathe our 1 Yr old. We used the sink.

Everything! The hotel is recently renovated, all is new(but for the legacy elavators) we really enjoyed the quality of the services and also of the food and drinks

The lack of on-site information about attractions nearby, day trips, entertainment and activities within the hotel.

The food was excellent and varied. The staff were all attentive and kind, with exception of the spa receptionist who was unfriendly, unhelpful and put us off booking treatments.

For a 5* star hotel the attention to details of the cleaning of the bed room was not up to expectation. Marks of plastering and silicon/glue left on the walls and door frames (entrance door and bathroom. Other non identified stain on the wall in the bathroom between the sink and the toilet. Make up stain left on the AC controller (which I easily removed with a wet tissue). Broken wall tile in the bathroom badly repaired with no effort of making a good job of hiding the repair. TV, Bedding, coffee machine, furniture were all great but the desk looked very cheap and was already damaged. Base on 5* star hotel standards this is petty to miss those point as it does not reflect fully the quality of the hotel. As much as the staff team was great, the managers seems to not have follow the same training than their team. When we asked the "maitre d'hotel" what was the menu at the the table service restaurant, the description of the menu was very unclear and when asked more details the answer were even less clear. We went to the buffet. The bar was very busy and the staff were doing their best to serve all the guests, as it did not bother me to go the bar myself to order our drinks I went there. when the manager saw me waiting for my drinks to be served, he called up a waiter and "told" him to take the drinks to our table in a not very professional manner. I told the waiter that I was fine and to go serve other guest. The main issue for me there is that at this very busy time (show time) the manager was at the bar having a drink?!?!

The staff was competent, very helpful and polite. reception, cleaning team, waiters and chefs. Particularly impressed by the luggage porter who gives us all the information about the hotel commodities. We can see that a strong training has been given to the team. The food was good with a good buffet selection for all meals and was replenish regularly . Most of the food was well cooked (prawn, chicken and fish were cooked but not dry). The drinks were correct for an all inclusive. Room was a good size, all amenities were as expected of a 5* hotels. The bedding was great and the room was well sound isolated. Evening event were good. The hotel facilities are very good.

The beach in general was not clean. Lots of plastic waste. It was too cold to swim but I would not swim there if the water was warm. Activities not very interesting for adults in general. Cleaning of the room was not done every day, despite asking. The location is around halfway between Monastir and Sousse (around 15 minutes by taxi to each). But there is nothing outside the hotel if you want to go out.

Very good hotel near Monastir, big and good facilities, just on the beach. Situated right in front of the Monastir airport. Food buffet was good overall for breakfast and dinner. Beautiful view of the sea. Gym pretty good. Front desk staff is very nice. Good security compared to other hotels we went to in Tunisia.

Travelling with a 2 year old is tough, it would be great if there were a few more facilities for them (the kids clubs start from age 4). We had one meal in the Turkish restaurant which wasn’t great. The food was fine but was the same as what is served at the buffet, and the service was very slow (there was a group over over 20 people so that might be why).

Great hotel, very friendly staff who were so helpful and kind. Loved the pools and the food! We were lucky to have flights to Monastir airport (from France) and could walk to the hotel!

The room is mediocre, but they did dress it up nicely.and they didn't have much to do indoors, the entertainment was all for little kids (we had terrible weather during our trip)

Everything was very clean and modern. From the entrance it's a proud feeling knowing you got the best hotel in the area. The lobby is also beautiful. We paid roughly £300 for a week which included breakfast and dinner which is exceptional value for this place!
