The food was very bad (it hurt my belly for 3 days ) The security guy at the door was very rude and didnt like how i was treated when i came in the rest of the staff were ok.my room was flooded when i woke up because of the Ac leaking i had to call soneone to clean it shower had no hot water at all so was a realky bad experince for a 4star hotel

Not enough staff at night when arrived Hotel switched the AC off and kept syaing it will be turned off soon which never happen despite it says in the booking room with AC. Had to open the window to sleep but the noisy nearby musical party did not help. Hotel dirty , milk was spilled on the stairs all morning and was not cleaned. Carpet was filthy TV was an old model with no antenna cable so it was not usefull. This is my worst hotel experience I had in Djerba Breakfast very basic with no variety.

Thiefs!! I informed them that 100€ was gone in the last day from my room..they didn't do anything with it. They promised they will call or send me an e-mail after conversation with person who cleaned the room but after 4 days they're still quiet. Stay away from that place!

be aware they charge you a little more money than the confirmation price you receive from booking.com, which shows you need to pay less than what they really ask for Also staff in the restaurant are rude and reception don't care about staff needs. I asked to borrow a plate from the restaurant and they were difficult and refused to lend me one....I've never stayed in any accommodation where staff would refuse to let guests borrow cutlery !! Receptionists were also little lazy in caring about customer.needs !

Upon my arrival, I was disappointed to find that my booking was not located despite sharing my ETA with the property. The condition of the room was unsatisfactory as the bedsheet had cigarette burns, and the balcony was unclean. The air conditioning barely functioned, and essential amenities like bath products, a safety box, and a minibar were absent. The lack of concierge and bellman services, along with the non-functional elevator, further added to the inconvenience. The check-in process lacked clarity about the package details, which were not adequately described on the booking.com page. Additionally, the absence of direct or private beach access, coupled with unclean areas around the pool bathroom and shower, were noticeable issues. The property's maintenance was subpar, raising concerns about its purported 4-star status. Furthermore, the staff appeared inadequately trained to address guest complaints and requests. I urge the management to take steps to rectify these issues and enhance the overall guest experience.

Dirty, old, bad services….it was a mistake

Quite a few things were not working including the elevator, indoor pool, and we had issues with the air conditioning, shower and toilet in our room. Showers are not comfortable for tall people. The beach is not close so be prepared for a walk.

Nice rooms, great pool, and very friendly staff. Great food and a good selection. Coffee was also amazing.
