There were no robes provided to use the pool, and nowhere to change apart from the toilets which isn't ideal. Keeping vegetarian and vegan food separate would be preferable as some guests used ladles to get meat dishes, then put them into the vegetable dishes.

The hotel is set in nice grounds. It was comfortable and clean. It was quite quiet during our stay. The food for breakfast and dinner is a buffet with plenty of choices, and as vegetarians we had no trouble eating there. We made good use of the pool especially as there were not many other people using it. We could walk into town in around 50 minutes as the road is quite pleasant to stroll along, although taxis are cheap (Bolt is not available in Hammamet). The staff was pleasant.

I wanted the playground to be covered in case it is rainy, the animation at night is so early and during dinner which is not logical.

The location mostly and the relaxing theme of the restaurant, also the children facilities but some points should addressed.

This year even though the restaurant was renovated, it lacked some vegetarian dishes and a variety of fresh fruits. Furthermore, if you like cocktails, it's not the place to be. The tequila sunrise was the worst Ive ever had and my friend's mojito was awful as well. Your best bet will be the local beer (celtia)and wine but cocktails are very dissapointing.

It's our 3rd time returning to the Sultan, this time with even more friends and family. We had a wonderful stay again thanks to all the fun activities, padel, tennis, animation, mini disco and a lovely private beach. The room was comfy as always and the vibe was amazing. A special thanks to Mouna and Tata for entertaining our daughter and her friend ❤️. Big thanks to Mounir from the reception and to all the chefs and waiters for making my husband's birthday dinner unforgettable. Also a big shout out to the fabulous animators Haykel and Jamel for organising all the cool sport activities and to the lovely housekeeper lady that made a Swan decoration with flower petals on our bed. Hope to be back again next year. 🙏😊

The stuff are very kind and welcoming.the food was excellent and various. The hotel, the pool and the room were clean. Amazing beach view. We assisted to dance shows by night that were very entertaining

When you enter the restaurant, you feel like you enter the canteen. Too much crowded ans so ugly. In two nights, we did not ear at night any steak, only tunisia sausage (merguez).

Food was disappointing and not Mediterranean (as they claim) at all. It’s like a big canteen and doesn’t feel classy at all. Even plain water needs to be paid extra although we booked half board. We looked forward to eating at the Sakura restaurant (the only alternative to the main restaurant) but it was almost empty and when you look at the prices you know why. Mattresses are covered with a plastic bedsheet, you wouldn’t expect such a cheap feel in a 4 star hotel.

Very friendly and smiley staff: waiters, cleaners, pool staff and especially Tata who runs the kids club. She is amazing with children! Thank you Tata. The horse stable is beautiful and the kids get to ride poneys and enjoy the outdoor playground. The beach is shallow and perfect for snorkelling.

The pictures on your site are misleading. You should look to remove some. The bathrooms are very old and run down. Old tiles with stains on, green stains. Old shower with rust. It needs updating. It was definitely not value for money. The superior room was just a basic double. No drawers under the dresser. Full board only two small bottles of water per day. Definitely not worth the money. The food was basic no taste at all, no salt or seasoning. Not much variety. The lighting in the room was very bad, almost could both see a thing with the curtains drawn had to leave them open.

They overcharged me . I payed double the price , I payed over 300$ pe night when I saw local ppl coming in paying half of what I payed . I checked the website and the price was under 200$ per night

the rooms are old style, not clean, the carpe was smelly. asked for room service but can’t find anything (even asked for club sandwich, they made it in a normal bread…)
