Little bit noisier than expected Amenities in the room could be improved

Hotel employees amability and attitude towards well being of guest. Good breakfast. Great location on outskirt of Tunes, easier to avoid intense traffic. Lots of eating out options in the street.

No complimentary water upon arrival, they charge 3 Dinars for 1 small bottle of water at the room! Breakfast quality and selection was very poor.

There was nothing to expose as a negative experience during this stay in the hotel.

The hotel room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the breakfast was good, with the variety of food. Hotel offers also transport to the airport and a nice view from the terrace. The only not so good point is the location, which is not in the centre. However, for my visit, which was strictly a business visit, that was not a minus, as the access to the hotel was easier and with the taxi this takes some ten to fifteen minutes. To conclude, everything was good and I would use this hotel again.

In the restaurant, the menu was only in French and the staff did not speak English.

We can hear the street noise at night and in the morning during the Ramadan period a religious guy call the people for prying, very early 04h15! So I was awaken early.

The location in Megrine was very convenient to reach my working place in BEN AROUS.

Very small point is that the water temperature of the outdoor pool was cold. I'm looking forward to when the gym is open too.

The rooms are a good size at the hotel, and the staff are very hospitable and welcoming. This is a small new boutique hotel, but really the ambiance is lovely and the staff are trying hard to provide a good atmosphere. It is clean and in a central location near cafes and a mosque. The hotel is very good value for money. Thank you for everything!

To be honest the only good thing about this hotel, is that they have a parking.

The main reason for our booking was swimming pool, unfortunately this was shut. The description of SPA hotel on booking.com was a misnomer. Aldo the hotel was away from city centre, shopping and airport with no real facilities apart from low rated cafe’s and restaurants. The main positives were the pleasant staff and the hotel was clean but I will not book there again.

The room was always clean and fresh and both the bed and pillow ware really comfy. All staff and the owner of the Hotel were really friendly and helped us to extend our stay without having to change the room. They helped us with directions and where to visit in the city. The breakfast buffé was really good since we could choose between different types of stuff.

The bedsheets were of synthetic fabric I think, which I personally do not find so comfortable on the skin, and also it makes you sweat on warmer days. Pure cotton or viscose would be more comfy.

Excellent staff that was extraordinary friendly, helpful and sympathetic, but not in the exaggerated way as the staff in typical tourist hotels, but in a very professional way and on eye level. Everything clean and in good shape; nice rooftop restaurant.
