We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United StatesA few of the shutters in my room were banging throughout the night because of the wind, so it was a bit difficult to sleep. Also, the room felt a bit dusty when I arrived, and the utensils in the kitchen of my room were not clean. The breakfast selection was tasty, but there were flies on a lot of the items which did not have lids/covers.
The room and property were beautifully decorated, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. They gave me recommendations for sightseeing and restaurants in Djerba, and also gave me a number for a taxi when I had trouble hailing one on the street. I enjoyed swimming and relaxing by the pool as well. And, the bed and bath with hot water were comfortable.

We spent few days of our honeymoon in Maison Leila at suite Amira, it was really good. The vibes were very cool, the staff are friendly and helpful. Alexandra the owner is really kind and comprehensive. Overall, it was amazing, I would highly recommend it to whoever wants to enjoy the Island of Djerba fully. The Maison Leila is located at the center and close to almost every tourist attraction and it's calm. In Djerba I'd say you can find inner peace and joy. Djerba should be on your list.

NetherlandsIt’s not really critic or a dislike, but more of a tip: would be nice if the wifi would also work in the room instead of just the patio, so one can work in the airconditioned room during the hottest hours of the day. Other than that, just perfect!!

Everything was perfect and as described in booking. rooms and bathrooms were very clean. the hotel manager Ms. Sandra was very generous and kind, she upgraded our 2-bedroom small villa to 3 bedrooms big villa without extra charges. the breakfast was very good. my kids were very happy.

We really loved Maison Leila! It's a beautiful chamber's d'hôtel with swimming pool, sunbeds,... The breakfast is a small buffet with all fresh food, bread, fruits, juice,...everything you need. The owner is very helpful and friendly. Our room looked much authentic with a beautiful typical tunesian bathroom! Everything is clean.
