Food isn't bad but very bland. It was hard to find a spot at the beach, I think the hotel could use more chairs and shades.

There was always drinking water in the room and during meals at no extra cost. Staff really tries to make you feel welcomed and make you have a good time. There were no lines in the buffet. Overall great value.

When we were having dinner, one of the staff crew said we could drink what we want included. After some drinks he came back and made us pay for the alcohol as he did a mistake and it wasn’t included

It's a lovely hotel, pool/beach area amazing, room clean, food great and offering variouse options. To get to Medina you can go by taxi which is cheap. The entertiment was lovely, my daugher enjoyed her social evenings. I loved my room with sea view.

I like everything about the property: its location , friendly staff , and nice comfortable rooms. Food was good and varied. Mohammed and Munira at reception were very helpful indeed.

No loud music in the restaurant, bar, lobby. I came to rest, not to have hard music put into my ears!

Every thing. Except for the loud music in the Restaurant, and in the evenings in the lobby. I was on the 2nd floor, and even with earplugs in my ears I heard the music till 10:30 pm. That was the only inconvenience that I had.

There is no tea and coffee facilities in the rooms but this is typical of all hotels I have visited in Tunisia and isn’t really a downside as great coffee and an assortment of teas are available at all bars.

The staff are so friendly and treat you like family, they work so hard to ensure your holiday is great. The reception staff are very welcoming and accommodating. The animation team do lots of activities to keep guests entertained. There are many food options from local cuisine to pizza, pasta, salad stations and gorgeous home cooked foods, great variety. The bar men, well they are simply amazing! Very attentive and make a good variety of drinks. The spa team are fantastic, the massages and scrubs are great value for money. The hotel grounds are small but perfectly formed. It is easy to find your way around and everything is close, the beach, the pool and the bars!

Public area was clean. However the door locks on the female toilets are broken. This left only 2 toilets I could use. These need fixing .

Most of the TV channels never got any signal. The negatives about it are mainly the food. The food was fine and passable but it was often lukewarm at best. There was no selection, it was just the same stuff day after day for lunch and dinner. It was always things like potatoes, rice, pasta, veg, never any actual main course food (never really saw any actual meat). The restaurant organisation was a bit of a joke, you can never find a glass or water or enough cutlery and they were clearing tables to set them up for dinner halfway through the lunch service. Also, the reception staff are not that competent. They took forever to check me in and then never gave any welcome to the hotel, I had to go back later to ask when the meal times actually were. Nonetheless, It was a good stay and I think I would stay again, but not for a long time.

The hotel I thought was good, nice big reception foyer and the room was nice and big with a balcony. There’s an outside ok and beach area. It is a good location as it’s close enough to Sousse that you can walk into town if you want to. Nonetheless, It was a good stay and I think I would stay again, but not for a long time.

WiFi slow and didn’t reach the short distance to the beach where it was very week or non existent.
